There is a guy named Martin who I usually see there that is so thorough whenever my car has a problem and makes sure he takes the time to solve the issues and it stays fixed. The reliability is so appreciated, and there is a lady upfront who is chatty and welcoming the past few times I've gone. It really helps the time go by faster, having someone to converse with and not just sitting awkwardly in silence. I was there for an oil change last week, and they redid the whole lobby area and spruced it up quite a bit. So many places don't seem to really care about the customers as long as the job gets done. I'm glad this location isn't one of them.

Brittany kept in touch with me at every stage and they were upfront about the parts they wanted to use, the results of the post-repair alignment (which I chose to have them do), and gave me some things to watch for future repairs (even though they knew I wasn't likely to be back in Enid to have those done). He charges 90 dollars a hour and will charge you for more hours then he worked. He would tell you about other places would charge more and that he is just being fair. I DON'T THINK SO! No complete itemized receipt of the work that he done to your vehicle and he has been in business for 38 years, what's up with that? Please read his reviews first and others before trusting anyone to care for your vehicles. I wish we would have read his reviews before taking our truck to him. We learned the hard way!
