I explained what was wrong; he said to tow it in and he'd get it looked at today. After telling him I'm new to town and don't really know of a good tow service, he gave me the number of Mid-America towing (they were fantastic, too) and said he'd just add the tow charge onto our bill. Right after lunch, he called me back. Problem was found and fixed, and the car was ready to be picked up! He's fast, friendly, and willing to help. Only downfalls I've found are that he DOES NOT accept credit cards (meaning I have to wait two days for a check to arrive in the mail before I can pick the car up) and doesn't have a fax machine (so he's unable to fax over to the controller an invoice).

I was temporarily in Enid, OK with a rental car from Avis. Well, Avis decided that I needed a "mom"…read morevan to stay safe from the Tornados. It also came with all these horribly designed drawers on the center console. I finished from the gym and put my military ID on top of the drawer and poof! It disappeared just like that. It had slid down into the center console, I thought to be lost forever. I called Avis...ZERO HELP FROM THEM! Decided to find the closest car repair and came across Morrow's. I ran inside, panicked about the ID and Cliff came to the rescue! He pulled that console apart like he'd done it a million times before. Worst Customer Service EVER! They charged me more than the posted prices on the outside bullitin board, the lady claims it's their " OLD " rates. So, why are you falsely advertising your rates?? The lady was rude, and for Fellow Veterans, be WARNED; they do NOT offer a Veterans discount. P.S.
