After telling him I'm new to town and don't really know of a good tow service, he gave me the number of Mid-America towing (they were fantastic, too) and said he'd just add the tow charge onto our bill. Right after lunch, he called me back. Problem was found and fixed, and the car was ready to be picked up! He's fast, friendly, and willing to help. Only downfalls I've found are that he DOES NOT accept credit cards (meaning I have to wait two days for a check to arrive in the mail before I can pick the car up) and doesn't have a fax machine (so he's unable to fax over to the controller an invoice).

Please read his reviews first and others before trusting anyone to care for your vehicles. I wish we would have read his reviews before taking our truck to him. We learned the hard way!

There is a guy named Martin who I usually see there that is so thorough whenever my car has a problem and makes sure he takes the time to solve the issues and it stays fixed. The reliability is so appreciated, and there is a lady upfront who is chatty and welcoming the past few times I've gone. It really helps the time go by faster, having someone to converse with and not just sitting awkwardly in silence. I was there for an oil change last week, and they redid the whole lobby area and spruced it up quite a bit. So many places don't seem to really care about the customers as long as the job gets done.
