After telling him I'm new to town and don't really know of a good tow service, he gave me the number of Mid-America towing (they were fantastic, too) and said he'd just add the tow charge onto our bill. Right after lunch, he called me back. Problem was found and fixed, and the car was ready to be picked up! He's fast, friendly, and willing to help. Only downfalls I've found are that he DOES NOT accept credit cards (meaning I have to wait two days for a check to arrive in the mail before I can pick the car up) and doesn't have a fax machine (so he's unable to fax over to the controller an invoice).

He charges 90 dollars a hour and will charge you for more hours then he worked. He would tell you about other places would charge more and that he is just being fair. I DON'T THINK SO! No complete itemized receipt of the work that he done to your vehicle and he has been in business for 38 years, what's up with that? Please read his reviews first and others before trusting anyone to care for your vehicles. I wish we would have read his reviews before taking our truck to him. We learned the hard way!

It also came with all these horribly designed drawers on the center console. I finished from the gym and put my military ID on top of the drawer and poof! It disappeared just like that. It had slid down into the center console, I thought to be lost forever. I called Avis...ZERO HELP FROM THEM! Decided to find the closest car repair and came across Morrow's. I ran inside, panicked about the ID and Cliff came to the rescue! He pulled that console apart like he'd done it a million times before. Used his magic mirror and found where the little bugger was hiding! Found the ID and didn't want to charge me because I am military. Talk about an amazing help! There is a guy named Martin who I usually see there that is so thorough whenever my car has a problem and makes sure he takes the time to solve the issues and it stays fixed. The reliability is so appreciated, and there is a lady upfront who is chatty and welcoming the past few times I've gone. It really helps the time go by faster, having someone to converse with and not just sitting awkwardly in silence. I was there for an oil change last week, and they redid the whole lobby area and spruced it up quite a bit. So many places don't seem to really care about the customers as long as the job gets done. I'm glad this location isn't one of them.
