About 20 seconds of me standing there, i was met with a, "Yeah?". I ended up getting there too late for something I needed to do so I left. And i was reminded why I hate going there. Well, today I went back since it's the closest to my work and thankfully I was instructed to go to the younger gal there, she was GREAT!! I wish I could have her every time and the other ladies could learn a thing or two from her. She smiled, she talked, and she was very polite. The only reason I gave any stars was because of her, good on her!

They had two stations open so even though someone had an appointment I was still the first customer of the day for the young man. I'm sure that no one dreams of working in a tag agency and processing license renewals. A renewal requires no documentation, it's just some processing for them. He was more interested in his iPhone and selecting the day's playlist for his earbuds. If you hate your job or hate dealing with the public find another job. The female clerk sitting next to him was friendly and joking around with her customer. I shared this encounter with a neighbor and he said his last experience mirrored mine and he'd drive across town if it meant not having to use this place. Look at the reviews in my profile. I don't leave negative reviews except in very rare instances. You have to earn a negative review from me and they certainly did that. Zero stars. Go anywhere else.

Ordered the tags online and waited the 2 weeks for them to arrive. When I got notification that I should have received them they were nowheres to be found. I called the agency where a girl had told me that they were unable to process the tags that were filed online and would just have to wait. reasonable right. Well a month passes and I'm afraid I'm gonna have my car taken cause of the pass due tags. (Cop mentioned) I end up getting them through another agency in my home town. I paid an extra 12$. I was advised that I could ask for a refund since it had been more than a month. Called Stillwater's tag agency and was told that I could've came in and got them made when the girl told me they couldn't. Why would I go in if I ordered them online? They asked me every question they could to disprove that they helped me so they didn't owe me anything but I answered every question and kept tabs on them when I reached out. Guy came out and bluntly told me that I'm not getting them refunded and continued to disprove the fact that they messed up. Very professional

When we showed up we ended up being a half hour late because of my writing down the wrong time, that too did not seem to be a problem for them. I know working with the public (especially if the public views this service as more of an inconvenience for them) is a difficult job and can make customer service a hard thing to keep up, but these guys were pros! They did let me know we actually missed our appointment but did their best to fit us in even though it was our fault. Will be coming to these guys with any and all future tag agency business. I had to call the police department in Weatherford, OK just to get help. I paid 140.00 Sep 10th did…read morenot receive my tags in the mail. Ove the course of two weeks my 18 son, who has the car with him at SWOSU tried to get a replacement tag from them they were rude and short. They did not help. I talked with the police department they said to call the Department of Transportation in OKC. I did, thank God. They helped me and sent replacement same day without the 13.50 fee, because we never got them. I called Weatherford back because the department said Susan could have done this. When I asked why she said I did all I had to by standards and that she did not want to go above and beyond her job. I am a 4.0 NAU College Graduate; Do not use this agency they are evil and lazy.

Today was my third time visiting Sooner Road Tag Agency, but today is the day I felt like giving a…read morereview since every visit has been the same - greeted and serviced by miserable people so much that the minute you walk in all of your good energy is sucked from you. I must say that one of the visits I walked into a stale sad place on that day I was serviced by a girl (very long blonde hair) who had the best energy and was absolutely pleasant and I told her as I left her window. Honestly, couldn't believe that she was still there when I saw her this morning. No one smiles, it's like robots, no emotions whatsoever. sad really.
