Not getting gas but just parked blasting music and holding the pumps hostage making it impossible for anyone else to get gas. We needed gas and snacks but ended up going back down the road since not one truck offered to move to allow others to actually use the pumps.

Upon entry to get a cup of coffee I found they were closing in 10 minutes & had emptied & cleaned their coffee maker. The cashier saw me looking for coffee & volunteered to make another urn just so I could have fresh coffee before continuing to Tulsa. It may not be as fancy or new as other c-stores in Enid but it is just as good if not better. Outstanding!

I've had to snake in and under the belt. Quite a chore. I understand being busy but maybe they need to hire more service technicians so their customers feel like they're valued and can get some help. After my work car decided to not shift out of park over the weekend, I called Richard's Automotive…read morejust this morning. I explained what was wrong; he said to tow it in and he'd get it looked at today. After telling him I'm new to town and don't really know of a good tow service, he gave me the number of Mid-America towing (they were fantastic, too) and said he'd just add the tow charge onto our bill. Right after lunch, he called me back. Problem was found and fixed, and the car was ready to be picked up! He's fast, friendly, and willing to help. Only downfalls I've found are that he DOES NOT accept credit cards (meaning I have to wait two days for a check to arrive in the mail before I can pick the car up) and doesn't have a fax machine (so he's unable to fax over to the controller an invoice).
