What I liked the most in the beginning was that Carvana would send me messages and emails whenever the prices changed especially those that were reduced. I took my time and looked over many options and chose a 2025 rogue SV and I am totally happy with it. It looks absolutely brand new and when you're looking, Carvana has pictures of every aspect of every car. You will be able to see every dent and every stain so that you are not surprised by anything. My car was totaled and so I did not have a trade-in, but they offered very good prices if you wanted to have them buy your current car. I went through financing with Carvana and was approved within 15 minutes. It gave me the monthly cost and total pricing is no surprises. Everything was very easy and transparent. I had them deliver my car to my home and it was really a very nice accommodation. The Carvana truck pulled up unloaded my car. I signed the final paperwork I was handed by keys. You have seven days to decide if you want to make a change such as I totally different car. There is nothing that I found that would make it any easier to buy a car then want Carvana offers. There isn't much of a selection of vehicles but with this being chain and having some patience, more vehicles can be brought in. This is where my son has chose to come for his first time car shopping. I was going to give it 3 stars because of past history with this place. The vehicles were always "ify" you could get lucky with one or come home with a surprise lemon. Either way it was too much of a risk for me, being alone. We checked out a few of them for my oldest daughter trying to stay within the limits of what she could afford each week and still pay for insurance. It wasn't hard, once we told them the amount she was willing to pay then they told us what options were available. I added a star simply because they have since hired a new manager. With my husband being a mechanic, I could prance up there with a lot more confidence than before. Try and sell me a dud now! lol Ross test drives and checks over everything mechanical while I have found my job making sure all the buttons work. The radio, mirrors, heat/air, GPS, where all the charger ports are and also the condition of the outside frame and paint along with the interior seats, side doors, rips and stains...putting it this way makes it sound like my job is extremely difficult, but it's really quite easy. We found her a vehicle and brought it home to her. Now with my son, we brought his friend Jesse, a mechanic with us. With covid-19, you must make an appoint. now and with us bringing 5 people, everyone else had to stay outside. So we checked out vehicles for sale. My daughter likes the Chevy Spark, we found a better deal with more options on it at Rick Jones Dealership in El Reno, Ok. They told my son he needed to work more hours so no vehicle today. So, I reminded him that it all happens in God's time and his car is still waiting to be found so don't give up.

They say they have indepth car inspections............ bull crap. I bought a silverado from them then turned around and needed a loud pop in the front end repaired. After a 16 year veteran mechanic kept the truck for 2 weeks said he fixed it. Nope gave it back to them for another 2 weeks and their answer was its a normal pop in chevy suspensions. Took it to a Chevy dealership and the control arms and bushings were shot. So not only do they lie about the issues before they sell you the vehicle they lie about them to not fix them. The chevy dealership fixed the issue and it wasnt worth fightin a corporation who doesn't care about its customers but more the money they spend with them. Crazy thing while waiting in the service area at carmax the 2 or 3 times I was there, most people waiting had the same complaints. "Buying the car was easy, but now there's tons of issues with it and they've had it for weeks!" So if you want a vehicle with issues buy one from carmax, plus the buying of said Sh*t vehicle is easy!!!!
