I was in on 9-17-2018. I had the unpleasant misfortune of having to ask for help from an employee…read morenamed adam p. I asked him for a 20 amp fuse for a car that I was test driving. He asked what size, which I did not know. I asked him if he could look at the fuse box in the car where the fuse was missing. He angrily yelled, "Yeah, that's great. That's just what I want to do!" He them briskly walked outside without even asking what car or waiting for me. When we reached the car, he look and said, "Mini". This took 5 seconds as I already had the fuse box open. He then briskly walked inside and looked on the shelf and realized that there were not any on the shelf. "He loudly exclaimed, "Oh Great!". Then briskly walked towards the counter. I told him that I would but the variety pack. I didn't want to wait for him to find the 20 amp pack in the back. When I was paying, I asked him if he could read the error codes on the vehicle. He said sure. I walked out put the fuse in the car, another 5 seconds. I waited a couple of minutes and he never came out. I went back inside and he was nowhere to be found. I had to wait another 5 minutes for another sales person to finish helping a customer and ask him to read the check engine light codes. Adam p. should never be in a position of customer service. He has to be the rudest person that I have ever met at a sales job.

Charged half the price anyone in the city quoted me and no one else in Enid would even touch it. Incredible work. Tom and his staff are incredibly friendly and nice. Super experienced. Don't look any further, this is THE place and Tom is your guy. You won't be disappointed.

I learned of Heath Upolstery through several referrals stating that Tom Heath had been doing custom…read moreauto upolstery since the 1950's and thought that would be just the the thing for my custom built 1951 Ford. After talking to Tom, I decided that I would bring my car all the way from central Texas as I thought having the upolstery work from someone who had done back in the day would be just the thing to ad to history and overall outcome of the car. Boy was I wrong and this turned out to be one of the worst decisons I have made for the build as well as in my life. First off, his shop is an absolute pigstye but after traveling 500 miles, I shrugged it off as that of creative mind and left my car with him. What was supposed to be done in 6 weeks took 6 months. He was full of excuses including injury and that his son, who is his partner, was drunk and couldn't be relied on due to his multi day benders. When I finally picked up the car, he hadn't finished, the work was horrible and sloppy, he had done damage to my vehicle and destroyed parts that were provided for the job. To his credit, he knocked off a portion of the bill for the work that he did not finish, but it was nowhere close enough of a discount to fix the damage he caused, the parts that were not returned (though he sent some items back including someone elses parts), the supplies that I provided that he trashed, and to redo the work that has to be redone. Considering Enid is a small town, perhaps he's fine for the occasional barstool or motorcycle seat but if you are looking for quality, custom upolstery you will not get it from Heath Upolstery. Tom's a nice guy but perhaps it's time for retirement. Run do not walk away from these folks, you won't be sorry.
