They are friendly and fast but are not very careful. Had my pickup worked on and noticed next day the drivers door had deep scratches in it. Its a black pickup so now it sticks out really bad. Wish i would have caught it the day i picked up, but didnt see it until next day. Not very happy, this is my weekend pickup that i keep in excellent condition. I unfortunately can't recommend the Chevy side of Northcutt. This side of Northcutt is nothing short of a dumpster fire. The title clerk struggles to get paperwork correct even after multiple attempts when you purchase a car from Northcutt.. Taylor the Sales Mgr would rather be childish and call customers name because they call him out for his price gauging . Gary in Service feels the needs to only do half the work requested when cars are brought in for Service. Chris condones Taylor's name calling actions and makes excuses for all the issues brought to his attention. Finance could not even get the loan wording correctly for the loan... Northcutt is a professional body shop. I brought in my slightly mangled Bonneville for some repair work. Northcutt evaluated it thoroughly, discussed potential problems they might encounter and gave me a solid estimate. They came in on time, and at the cited cost. The panels lined up correctly, the paint matched and all the mechanics were spot on. I am always complaining about how Enid merchants thrive on mediocrity but Northcutt Chevrolet is professional and I will be returning the next time I need body work done. read more

Wish I could post a zero..!! Made an appointment for an oil change on my work truck .. Showed up half hour early (like I always do ) they got the truck in a bay right away and thought it was going to be a quick trip.... Well excuse my language but why does it take two fucking hours to change the oil and an air filter? I've changed my oil in this truck along with the air filter and rotated my tires in 45 mins ... I'm not a certified mechanic for Chevy so surly they should be able to do it faster I've taken my truck to several Chevy dealers for service and never waited longer than 30 mins even in Phoenix ! First and very last time my truck will ever see this dealership..... read more

Update: Jeff Turnbow did contact me. There was a miscommunication in their service department. The technician did state the torsion bars were adjusted and the box appeared to be tampered with. But had ordered the repair parts and it was going to be fixed under warranty. But the service person that called me misunderstood somewhere and was telling me that it was out of specs and GM wouldn't warranty it. So there was a misunderstanding in their department. But by then it was to late and I had already taken the truck to David Stanley Chevrolet in OKC where I bought it and had the problem fixed under warranty. So Northcutt has called and explained what happened and took place and apologized for the mistake. But it was a week after this had taken place and the only after I posted negative reviews and cost me 2 trips to Oklahoma City. read more

Went into the service area to inquire about a battery replacement. After over 5 minutes of just standing there, a gentleman....man, offers to help me. I tell him what I need and he immediately says the battery will run between $250-$275. What he didn't know, is I had already gotten a quote for the battery, I was only asking about install. I told him the battery was only $155 and he assured me I was wrong...seems like the customer always is at Northcutt. He told me I could go to a different desk to get an exact price on the battery, by the install would cost $50! I gasped and asked "y'all would charge me, a lifelong GMC owner, $50 to replace a battery?! But I can go a mile down the road to auto zone and have it done for free!" The guy literally got up from his desk and walked away. Not kidding. Left me standing there in shock. I will absolutely NEVER go back to this dealership for any of our future needs or purchases. I haven't experienced such awful service....well, never. I've never had someone be so rude as to walk away and leave me standing there. DO NOT GO TO NORTHCUTT, you'll regret it the minute you walk in! read more

I want to start this review off by saying that Ben, the sales associate we spoke with, was wonderful and incredibly helpful! However, his managers were horrible and really tried to rip my husband and I off. To start, we discussed getting a car with them that they would have to have transported up here, so we all agreed on everything, price, trade in, everything. Well, they "couldn't get" the one we wanted, so they not only had to get us another color, but as it turns out the car was worth less, except they were trying to charge us more for this vehicle. Problem is, they didn't tell me this and just faxed over the purchase order to my bank. My bank calls to alert me of this, and when I find out that its actually worth less, but they are charging more I call and try to work something out with them. Obviously I was quite upset, but I tried to be reasonable, after all, I do understand that they are a business. They were not willing to budge at ALL on the price. I was not willing to allow them to screw me over, and so I refused to pay that price. Unfortunately for them, they now have a car on their lot that was brought up for us that we will NEVER buy from them. I will never work with Northcutt Chevy, if I need work done on my car by the dealer (because we were able to get our vehicle from another dealer in OKC) we will go to OKC for it. The managers at Northcutt are shady and just want to screw you out of as much money as they possibly can. You're better off taking your business elsewhere. read more
