I had seen 2 Toyota dealers within the past 2 weeks and the issue persisted, $1500 later. Parkway road forced balanced my tires and had found an issue with one of my rear rims. It now rides smooth as silk again, which will make my drive home enjoyable again. No appt needed, did have to wait 2 hours, but I'm not complaining because they fixed my issue when the big dealers did not, and at a reasonable price. I had lovely convos with 2 other patrons in the waiting room and they both said they take their cars no where else but here.

Should have done my research before taking it to this place. Always go to a qualified tire dealer or you will regret it. I took them to small claims court and my Mechanic did not show up Now I'm have to get an attorney and sue them for the full amount of damages which is over $23,000 attorneys fees and court costs

I took my truck for a check up which cost 179$ for 1 code to be checked which was p0300 simple , which took him 3 days to discover the problem was just a broken coil pack but that didn't seem right because I just had them replaced (both coil packs and spark plugs) I was told my truck was next in line the first day knowing they barely get business. he tried to add the fee of a new coil pack he said he bought but couldn't show an receipt to and labor which I never gave permission to install anything on my truck and I was told it was ready to be picked up at the total of 401$ . I have recorded our phone cal just for the facts to relay to the next shop I take it to so they know what the last person has done . He is not honest and will run your ticket up any chance he gets ! very unsatisfied

First I went to Advanced Auto and a battery there was almost $300 so I said nope, then NAPA who had the battery for a little over $200, then I called Pep Boys who sold me the battery and installed it for under $250. I was so pleased I went back the next day for an oil change and tire rotation. The entire staff at this store was friendly and honest.

Arrived around 2:30 in the afternoon. They seemed really busy and could not get to my vehicle by the end of the day so offered to leave it with them and pick it up first thing in the morning, "IF THEY CAN GET TO IT". So i have left my work vehicle with them overnight before on a few occasions, no problems. I give them the key, and always %100 make sure i lock the vehicle upon leaving. The mirrors fold down when you lock this vehicle, and fold open when you unlock. I arrive the next morning at 7:30 to check on the status of my vehicle. Of course its sitting in the same exact position i had parked it in the day before. Being pretty positive they hadn't even serviced my vehicle yet i asked for the keys because i could not wait and had to get to work. Upon receiving the key and walking outside towards my vehicle i notice that the mirrors are folded open, (as in somebody had unlocked the vehicle via the keyfob). as soon as i open the (mysteriously unlocked door) i noticed the center console is wide open and disheveled. At that point i knew some things were rummaged through and STOLEN. had a bag full of electrical tools that was nit picked through and also STOLEN. The story i was told by the location is this can be a bad part of town and druggies walk around at night and steal things. Yeah i get that, but who unlocked my vehicle with key fob? There was no sign of forced entry. And conveniently the place doesn't have cameras on that particular side of the building (where my vehicle was parked)...i cant prove anything, but seems fishy...either way i am never taking any of my vehicles here again.

They told me I had a gas leak by my rear tire and then showed me a video that looked nothing like my undercarriage. I know because I had mud all over my truck that day and the video they showed had a clean undercarriage of a compact car. He also said they couldn't fix it there, but his buddy had a garage down the street. That's a bit shady. Fast forward to last night. Since I wasn't impressed with their service I had my husband change my oil. The oil filter was cranked on so tight that it ended up breaking to come off and then drained more than half the new oil we put in it. It has cost us 3x the amount it would have cost us to change the oil. Needless to say, we are not returning.
