The service advisor, Allen, was extremely helpful and was able to get my car in immediately. He kept me up to date with the results from diagnostic and the timeframe to get the work completed. The service was completed within the two-hour timeframe as indicated and was notified immediately upon completion. So I went into their business today to discuss an appointment for my brand new Honda had to ask…read morewhere the service department was and as I was walking through the waiting area, I'm looking at about 20 people sitting there and none looked happy about being there, go to the service desk and the guy behind the desk was busy with paperwork, I didn't interrupt him, stood there for about 6 minutes and then he just walked off. And came back a couple of minutes later and continued to ignore me so I waited a couple of more minutes and said I guess I will find another dealer to work on my car as they apparently weren't interested in helping their customers, I made a call to the general manager Scott Struebing and of course had to leave a message. So rather than call me back he had some lady call who asked me what the problem was and I explained of what I had observed and how I was treated. She asked if I wanted to come back and I flat told her I would drive 100 miles to get service rather than come back there and that if my girlfriend the co owner of the vehicle didn't like it so much I would take it straight to Toyota her in torn and trade it in and eat the loss , did business with them for 5 years they were always prompt and had great customer service.
