I can't say enough good things about Ali and his incredible family-run business. I'm so grateful that they continue to serve our community because they truly make a difference here. Ali and his family have come through for me time and time again, and I'm not sure where I'd be without them. I remember when I first got my license--I must have locked my keys in the car five times that first month, and every time, they were there, no questions asked. Another time, my car died in the middle of the night, and the only people who came to help me at 2 AM were Ali and his team. They didn't hesitate, just asked where I was and came to the rescue. I've even seen them pull over to help jump-start a stranger's car on the side of the road, even though they were in a rush. This family truly embodies what it means to serve the community with kindness, integrity, and generosity. On top of their incredible character, the quality of their service is simply unmatched. Whether it's new tires, a balance and alignment, or any other need, Ali and his team always deliver the absolute best. They're fast, reliable, and their attention to detail is top-notch. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and it shows in the way my car drives afterward--smooth, safe, and like new. You won't find a better place for tires, repairs, or any kind of auto service in the entire Panama City region. They not only get the job done quickly but also make sure it's done right the first time, and all at an honest, affordable price. I trust them completely with my vehicle, and that peace of mind is priceless. If you're looking for a place that treats you like family, looks out for you like only a local business can, and delivers outstanding service every single time, then Ali's is the only place to go. They're there whenever you need them, they're incredibly knowledgeable, and they care deeply about every single customer that walks through their doors. I can't imagine going anywhere else, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need. Ali and his team aren't just the best in town--they're the best anywhere. Thank you for all you do for us, Ali. This community is better because of you. read more

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would!! I got all 4 tires replaced and they were supposed to balance them but when I drove home my whole car shook horribly, I contacted them and They offered to rebalance them so I took my car back there for them to fix it, once I got there they did one and seen how bad of a job they did and then started to blame me for the tires not being balanced, one of the workers tried starting a fight with the person with me and then the owner and his workers refused to do the rest of the job I paid for. I called the cops but they said unfortunately they couldn't force them to do anything so I had to leave and go to another shop and pay again to have my tires balanced! Very unprofessional and unsafe place to bring your cars Update- I took my car to a different shop after I left and every tire was .75-1.25 out of balance which is horrible!! Even the one that they tried to rebalance!I also have the pics to prove it from the shop I took it to read more
