RED FLAG.... these guys CONCEAL information about their vehicles like no other. My fiancé and I visited this location with the intent of purchasing their RAM 1500, got pre-approved, communicated frequently (both in person and via text) with the sales manager and were prepared to purchase until we reached out to a local mechanic to inspect it and they informed us of the catastrophe that could have been ours. The truck had a DIFFERENT ENGINE than the one it was manufactured with, and it was not set to match the odometer. Not only did they not have any intention of telling us this, but the salesman AND manager, Andrew, couldn't say anything about this other than "it could have fewer miles on it". The truck also has other issues, including the CV axle and radiator needing replacement, it needing an alignment, and missing lug nuts on the driver side... all of which were never disclosed; Shady and a terrible business practice. I will never recommend this place. If someone else does stumble upon them, a Pre-Purchase Inspection would be at the top of my priority list, no matter what these guys say. I have been going to the Lynn Haven GP full service car wash for at least 10 years with a couple different vehicles. The staff are always friendly and courteous. They work hard, at least when servicing my vehicles, and I tip them appropriately. And not a dollar when 3 people worked hard on my car. But now, I have a different vehicle that can't go through the auto wash. I have to get the hand wash. Although I've only been there twice for a hand wash and detail, I am blown away by the crew leader in the detail garage who does the full details. BASEEM, I'm sure I spelled his name wrong, I'm sorry. This man is a perfectionist. He took my car to another level of clean that one would probably not expect from an oil change/car wash facility. The value of him detailing my car is well worth the money, and the tip. As you can see by the photo's, his work speaks for itself. If you're in the need for a full detail, head to GP on Hwy 77 just north of Baldwin road, and make an appointment with Baseem. You will not be disappointed. read more

Great crew at the Lynn Haven Store. They are professional, thorough and pretty quick too. The only downside was I was quoted one price for my oil change, but in the end they hadn't mentioned the additional charge for the motor oil itself. I did elect to get a cabin air filter replace at about $20 but still The final bill was still about $50 higher than I was led to believe. I felt the military and or senior discount of $5 was pretty sad and wouldn't cover the taxes. I'd have to rethink going back there. read more

I came in for a desperately needed oil change. When I called to find out about the price the employee that answered was patient with all of my questions and was so helpful. After speaking on the phone I had a good feeling about this shop. So I came in and they immediately directed me into an oil change bay even though they had 3 other cars they were working on. They were pretty busy, but they still made time for one guy named Crofford to come and check all of my fluids. He was so friendly as well and was even kind enough to notice my dog in the truck with me. Jason then came over to ask if I still preferred the high mileage oil change which I do because I drive an older truck so I said of course thank you for asking. They got me in and out in less than 20 minutes and it was a fairly busy day. I would highly recommend using this location. Between the staff and efficiency I was truly impressed. Then to top it off they give you a basic car wash included with your oil change which was perfect way to end such a great experience. read more

This review is for the car wash. Been to this car wash several times. It's a good place to go for the middle of the line wash and interior cleaning. It's been quite a while since I have had a good cleaning so I went for the $50 wash plus a hand wax for $71.30 total. Exterior wash was a typical ride-through wash and a crew had you pull forward for the interior stuff and some minor detailing on the exterior (tire shine etc). They pull it into a bay around back for the hand wax. All in all looks pretty good but not sure if I'll spend $70 next time. For one thing, my windshield was streaked and I'll be cleaning it again in the morning. Also, chrome on my mirrors was not well polished and a few other items could have been better. For $15 - $25 they do a pretty good job, l don't think it was worth $70. read more

Jerome helped us so much with our air conditioner. Two other businesses were going to charge us $1,000 to replace a part, taking days and days to fix it. He found a simple problem, recharged the Freon, and after $280 we were happy. Yay Jerome!!! read more

I was up here in the Panama City area on a health emergency and needed to get my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado's oil changed. While this shouldn't be a big deal, this business was the easiest to call, as they answered their phone! I got there and my precious 'Chariot' was attended to almost immediately. They didn't try and upsell me, which is a plus for a woman. This particular location was a little difficult to find but they are responsive and the tech even offered me a 'ladies day' discount. Totally not impressed with this location. The tech working up top on my vehicle was less than enthusiastic, and made everyone aware of it by repeatedly stating that he was so tired of working there. Sorry, but that's not how to conduct yourself if you work directly with the public. I will just go to the dealership for all of my future oil changes in the future. Consumer alert! Needed to get my rubber shoes rotated on the Escape and change the motor juice as well. Stopped in at GP for the first time and these guys are great. There is an inexpensive $6 car wash next to my hotel. I decided I wanted to find a professional detailing service instead. That let me here! I work out of my car and know how clean it can be when properly detailed. When I left today I still had a few bugs on my windshield. My interior was clean.. but not the quality I wanted. I ended up cleaning it after I left. Just a few things and there. Wish they would have vacuumed better too. Don't get me wrong, my car was way better than when I arrived. If you want your car damaged, let them work on it. This place has a reputation for having to replace engines, transmissions, and rear ends because they tech neglected to replace the fluid. Go somewhere else and don't use the car wash either, it's a ripoff. read more

To all Auto owners, Do not get the $49.99 wash & HAND WAX because you never get the hand WAX. This place needs MAJOR owner supervision. The package we got states Hand WAX well not one hand ever touched our SUV. Also the gentleman in the truck in front 9f us said no to the package we got. To us a pretty SHADY place. read more

I tried to find a place to wash my car where someone else could do it while I'm currently physically unable to do so. This place has the market on car washes in Panama City; however, for nearly $54 (the package I chose because it was only $5 more than the previous), this will be my one and only time. Your vehicle goes through the wash just like everyone else's and in my case... sits with a door open while no one is drying or working on the washed vehicle. I understand Hurricane Michael beat some places up and that this is the only "tunnel" left in PC but.... come on 8 cars currently under the vacuum and dry area. The minimum car wash I saw for what the employees do is nearly $30. I sure hope that this large amount of overpriced craziness is being passed on to the employees that are actually working and not those that are idling walking back and forth. read more

Honest and courteous! I went in because I had low tire pressure and I figured I'd kill two birds and just go in a little early and get an oil change. My sticker said I had barely past the date but the young man noticed I was still very behind the suggested mileage for a change. He checked and filled my tires and sent me on my way happy.
