I watched for 20+ minutes as the kid I was so lucky to get on my truck rubbed the glass off the inside of my door and windshield on the drivers side. He would circle around and touch here and there but always went back for the drivers seat, like he hadn't just rubbed it raw a few seconds before. I did the "#6" high end wash and was expecting at least a thorough attempt at a good job. I know it's not a "detail", but for over $50 bucks, I must say my expectations were a little higher than what I received. What I got was bug guts still on the windshield, hood and grill. Brake dust on the front wheels. Dirty running boards. Vacuumed but not wiped console cup holders and floor mats. However, they did help themselves to my apparently filthy dirty coins that were in the console tray! I guess that's where you're supposed to leave the tip? I am in search of a pay by the month program to try and keep my vehicle clean since I work with clients riding along sometimes. Needless to say, I'm not too comfy moving forward here with a monthly commitment after this kind of result on the first run!
