Then you can park to use their towels to dry off your vehicle. The vacuum system was great. You have unlimited time (yes I said unlimited amount of time) to use the vacuum (which had the best suction ever). They also have a mat wash station, a wiper fluid fill station and a tire inflator station. I usually do the manual wash and vacuum that you feed quarters in. The place was very cost efficient. The staff was outstanding...very friendly and helpful. Dani, a young lady there, was the best. Dani was super nice and was not in a hurry to get away from me. Thanks Waterworx...what a GREAT experience. No, this business did not ask me to write a review. As a matter of fact, I stopped to ask Dani how to get to the review section so I could give her a raving review. Happy customer!!!

Stop listening to the people that come thru car washes to try to scam them into fixing something…read moreand if it doesn't work they run to the internet to give a bad review! Ive used this car wash for a few years since they built it. If you want a car wash to clean dried love bugs off your vehicle it is not going to happen! Nothing other than alot of soaking and scrubbing is going to do this, it is the nature of the game. They do have a a pre wash station that has soap and special non scratching brushes that you can utilize before going thru. They also presoak several areas of the vehicle prior to going thru the wash. The employees are always nice and check on your when you are cleaning out your car to see if you need anything. Always plenty of towels, glass cleaner, air compressor to fill your tires, window washing fluid all included. You are not going to find a nicer run car wash, and I have been to alot of them.

There were 3 young adults hat were probably teenager and they didn't know what to do. We requested that the get the site manager, but they said that Ryan wouldn't be there until much later. They were obviously dumbfounded and didn't know what to do and there didn't appear to be any protocols in place for customer safety, vehicle safety or employee safety and accountability. They told us the truck had "jumped a roller". My husband had the wherewithal to gently rock the truck forward, as reversing we were told would probably be more damaging, and this did get us unstuck. When the truck got through the wash the staff did take pictures of the damage and stated that they would fill out an incident report And we would get a copy later, and also that Ryan the site manager would call us. I went home and called the company customer service and she told me to get a copy of the incident report. I drove back to car wash and they again refused to give me a copy, stating it was not yet completed. The following day Ryan called and told us to get a damage report from 2 separate body shops, which we did, with both estimates around $800, as the company would most likely pay. Several days later we received a random email from what looked like an AI generated site, with no phone number and no human contact, telling us that they were not going to pay our damages, as they had determined that their equipment had not malfunctioned and there was no employee error. Additionally, I had requested a copy of the "Incident Report" and the video. Still waiting for both. Would under no circumstances consider ever taking a vehicle to this business again

The outside looked brand new... shiny, clean, well taken care of. WAY too expensive, $400. I thought they said $300 & I should have gotten it in writing first, cuz upon p/u, the very young guy knew nothing, understandable cuz it's the owner who set the price, but annoying. Did a good job at removing smoke smell & an adequate job of cleaning (aside from the smoke smell, it wasn't unreasonably dirty), although they left streaks of some liquid on the side window that I just cleaned myself & lost one of my headrests, the biggest issue in addition to over-charging. The owner, Michael, said he'd replace it, then denied they misplaced it cuz he couldn't find it in the dumpster (HUH? WHY would your staff throw it away?!!) & then accused me of losing it cuz I "couldn't recall" if all the mats were in the car when I dropped it off. Yeah... they were stuffed into the trunk, I'd just gotten the car & it was my FIRST TIME DRIVING it... so, I didn't count the mats in the trunk, which were all there, btw. The headrest was in the backseat when I dropped it off (he captured that on the video he supplied, then also showed it was missing on the after video. So why is there a question on his part?) Still, he insulted & blamed me & said I should look around for it. Seriously? Do customers often remove the car headrests & walk around with them? It was initially removed as the previous owner removed it to transport belongings & was in the back seat when I arrived. I pointed it out & as I said above, he captured it there on his pre-clean video & missing on the after video. My mechanic recommended Grease Pro & I should have listened to him, but this place was within walking distance so I unwisely chose them. I had 3 red flags when I dropped it off... I mentioned the ozone machines that you can buy for $50 or less online & he said they didn't work as they're meant for small apts. Uhhhh, well there's far less sq footage in a car than apt so I'm stupid for ignoring that. I then said he was $50 more than Grease Pro's $250 charge & he said they like to keep costs low for return visits. Uhhh... I just said you charge more, so again, stupid me disregarded that. There was a 3rd red flag I can't recall now & against my better judgment, I left it with him only as they had so many good online reviews. BIG mistake to trust someone who lied upfront. Lesson learned. Shame on you, Michael & your staff for losing my headrest & insulting me & lying about it & shame on you for overcharging. I'd never use them again & in fact, can post the vids he sent to me to prove my review's accuracy. 0* out of 5. The smoke smell was removed, but not worth $400. Okay work (just okay on the interior/exterior clean... my car looked the same after a pricey exterior wax/wash), but Michael will insult customers & burn bridges & be deceitful for a less than $100 replacement part that he or his staff lost. He overcharged me $100... it would have been an even exchange. He's a disgrace. I would have taken him to small claims court & looked into it, but it's more $$ to file a complaint than just buy a used headrest on Ebay. You lucked out.

That's not to say you roll the dice here and are helped only by the ever-prominent "call this number if our stuff is broken" sign found at most self-service establishments- this place is always staffed. They help you line up into the tunnel, etc. and are there to address any issues that may arise. As far as appointments go, I'd say this place is far ahead of any other place in the area that I've been to. The tunnel does a good job getting the car clean, and their vacs have pretty decent power. On top of that, they have a floor mat cleaner, tire inflation and washer fluid station, and a pre-wash area with brushes, etc. to knock bugs (or whatever else you may have squashed) off before heading into the wash. All of this is included in the price of your wash. It's not the cheapest place in town by any means; washes start at $6 (as I write this, anyway), but they make the prices worth it by keeping this place clean and functioning well. Personally I'd rather pay a buck or two more and know that I'm not going to have the vacuum hose fall apart in my hands, or have my car come out of the tunnel looking like it was just scrubbed with sandpaper. If that's not worth a extra buck, I don't know what is. If you're an early bird, however, they do have everything half-price from 7am-8am.
