I called and inquired about the price of an oil change--around $50. I went in. I had another…read morequestion related to a problem I'm experiencing with my vehicle. The problem is that water is leaking into my break light and I have to keep replacing it. I asked the guy there, can't remember his name, and he was extremely rude to me for simply asking this question. The way he was acting was like I was ruining his day for needing this information about what I can do to repair this problem. He told me that the only thing I can do is just keep replacing the break light, which I know isn't true, he just didn't feel like dealing with it and clearly had better things to do. I did not appreciate this response. I was informed that I had a 1.5 hour wait for the oil change and this prompted me to inform the man that I have indeed changed my mind, and I would like my keys back please. I looked him in the eye and he looked at the wall. He gave me my keys back, and I cursed at him as I walked out the door. I gave them a hand gesture and I went home. I recommend you bring your business elsewhere. On my google review I was provided with a manager number: I called the number they provided, and the guy who calls himself "manager" didn't even know that he should be expecting my call. I asked him what he wanted and he couldn't even tell me. I asked him why was I told to call? He couldn't tell me; I asked him if he was out of his mind and he said I guess so. I told him to hang up the phone and he obeyed.

They were courteous and kind, and so far no issues with my vehicle after the work was done. Just a positive neighborhood alert!…read more * It was very crowded but as always the entire store moves very efficiently, as they're one of the VERY FEW stores that actually hires enough employees to help customers. * Their kale salad is absolutely delicious at $3.75. I know what you're thinking... ew, kale. As a kale non-lover myself, the salad isn't overwhelmed by kale & also contains plenty of cheese tortellini (about 1/3 of the salad), pieces of parmesan as well as shredded & sun dried tomatoes. It has a lovely, tasty, slightly lemony dressing already on it (not tart, with a slight sweetness) & since kale isn't a fragile leaf like lettuces, it's never wilted. Bonus is since kale is so dense & filling, there's enough for 2 people or meals. * But, I mostly updated the review to tell people that they are currently offering membership for $15 for the YEAR for a basic membership or $50 for the YEAR for a plus membership. I do not know if this special is store specific or across all Sam's stores & I neglected to ask about an expiration on the deal so I'd move on it or call your local outlet, if interested. Mainly what I see of plus benefits is you can shop 1-hr earlier than anyone else, from 8-9am 7-days/wk & a you get 2-3% cashback up to $750/yr on varying purchases rather than 1% basic members receive. I know those who have plus only cuz they want to shop at 8am to get in & out like a cat burglar. You also can take advantage of free delivery, curb p/u & shipping, if that matters to you & there are also some discounts at tire & battery & pharmacy beyond what basic members receive. Solid 5* out of 5. I like this store.

Very disappointing first experience at the Panama City Beach Sam's Club…read more My wife and I went to Membership Services because I had left my phone at home, and she did not have access to my membership on her phone. When we approached the desk, Yanique was scrolling on her personal phone with a pink case. She did not acknowledge us for more than 10 seconds, and I eventually had to say hello just to get her attention. When I explained that I needed a physical membership card, she immediately gave us a hard time and said they do not like issuing physical cards anymore. She then claimed the machine was broken and essentially told us we were out of luck. When I calmly asked what other options we had because we could not shop without accessing our paid membership, she told me to "calm down." It was not until another employee clocked in beside her that Yanique finally moved to another computer. Our card was printed and ready within two minutes, proving that there had been a simple solution the entire time. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. My wife and I recently moved here from Tampa, and nearly everyone we have encountered in Panama City Beach has been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this was our first visit to this Sam's Club, and the person working at Membership Services could not even greet us or make a reasonable effort to help. As paying members, we expected much better customer service
