This is the nicest and most honest shop i've been to, they're amazing! when I had to get my struts replaced, they searched high and wide to look for a cheaper solution without my request to present as an option and I thought that was the kindest thing read more

RV emergency! My tow vehicle was starting to make a bad noise over the weekend the people in this office diagnosed and gave me the most cost-effective answer for me and my situation. I feel the whole process was honest and truthful, and my work was completed in under two hours. And I was back down the road ahead of schedule very satisfied. read more

I got an oil change and had them test two of my systems. They did the checks free of charge with the oil service. While I was waiting the front desk clerk was on hold with an insurance company for over an hour just for the insurance company to deny the claim for the work they were about to complete. Staff is friendly and super helpful. read more

This is one shop I would stay away from. They steal from their employees and don't pay money owed for completed work. If they are willing to do that to their employees I can't imagine what they are willing to do to the customer. No reason behind this either but no contact with owner or anyone willing to give an answer as to why. read more

My brakes were over due and they saved me when I was in a time crunch. Amazing people and Amazing work!! Thank you so much!!!

This place is a fraud. Ripped me off if $800.00. Never fixed the problem that I took it in for. Would you believe $250.00ti replace 4 spark plugs they claimed were fouled? They weren't. Called, but since I live in N. C. they figure they won't bother to call back. Called corporate headquarters...no response My advice, avoid this place..... read more

They have taken care of me over the last 2yrs. They are thorough with their work, take the time to explain everything in detail...just to get you in and out of there. Always friendly to me, even when tired they greet with a smile on their faces. We have all kinds of conversations and laughs. Super genuine mechanics! -Schea G. (hey Mr. Gary lol) read more

They told me it would be an hour wait to change my oil. It was two and a half before they even started. Then they LET THE AIR OUT OF MY TIRES!! How do I know this? Because I had just had my tires replaced three days before this and everything was perfect. The morning after they changed my oil, all four of my tires were 2 PSI too low. I wondered why they were messing with my tires (I watched them) when I was just getting an oil change). DO NOT USE Them!! read more

I pull into the business and I get no hello no help just a stop sign and no way to get out. I sat there for 32 min before anyone even approached me, although there is a random man fixing his own car in the back and someone came out to smoke a cig and sit in a car.... I had to turn around and go out of the wrong way area would not ever recommend these people read more

No waiting around, they immediately had me on the schedule that day to install new brake pads. They had a $99 "special" on brakes which was considerably less than anywhere in town. Amanda was professional and had fantastic customer service. I opted for the "Engine Flush Package" $95 which also included oil change, filters, and power steering fluid. Basically got the works for my SUV for just over $300.(Everywhere else in town quoted over $220 for JUST BRAKE PADS!!) They had my car back the same day. IT RUNS AMAZING!! read more

These guys are awesome. Pep Boys quoted me $1,100 just to fix my leaking AC, but these guys did it at 1/4 the cost with outstanding customer service. Really satisfied with the repair made to my car. read more

Please do not take your vehicle here. Bought a service package from this shop which included an oil change and the only thing that was done was the oil change. The package included replacing and topping off Vital fluids, but they only replaced my washer fluids. Long story short my coolant was never replaced and a week later my car over heated and I had to be towed to the nearest shop to avoid causing more damage to my vehicle. I called the shop and expressed to them that they outlined in the package a service which they did not fulfill and they showed no regards for me or the problem which occurred as a result of their negligence to fulfill a service which THEY SPECIFIED in their service package. Terrible business and terrible quality of service. Will never recommend to anyone EVER. read more

Longest oil change of my life. Over an hour and it was not busy. But it was only twenty bucks.

I came in to get my air conditioner checked at 1130 here it is 208 and I'm still her because I told the people not to let my window down and they did now it want come back up and they broke my door panel. The manger Darren was so nice he was trying everything to keep me calm and fix the situation. But this AMANDA she was the rudest person I kno she talked to me like she had issues with me. While I was talking to Darren she became a threat. This isn't the 1st run in ive had its been another when I got my oil changed as well. AMANDA needs to learn people skills cause honey I'm not a child I'm grown then she wouldn't let me and Darren have a conversation to try slove this matter. Then the men's that were fixing on my car were rude to there's a skinny one there tellin me if I don't calm down he ain't fixing SHIT and I said I'm grown who the he'll do you think you are. The way my car came in is how it's going out. I feel that this was the worst service ever. Half my day wasted because of your employees. I believe y'all should refund me for my service I had today and more because this matter can get worse.yall messed up my car and I'm not happy. Please UNDERSTAND Darren is a good guy I was very pissed off it took a while but I calmed down and gave him RESPECT just like he gave me. But because of AMANDA I WANT COME BACK read more

My company recently upgraded our fleet & "my van", a 2018 Ford Transit 250 was in need of its 10k (that's right 10,250miles before service light came on) on my way back to the panhandle from Ocala on 4-11-19. I called the Tallahassee Ford dealership I was still 30miles east of since this would be the 1st oil change, their service department couldn't fit me in that day, she let me know I had 500miles extra & referred me to another dealership in Panama City (my destination), I contacted that dealership & they couldn't fit me in til the end of the following week, my boss said "find an independent w/a good rating & watch them". I called Precision & the service was just awesome. The front desk (didn't get her name, wish I had) was super helpful, she did let me know they take oil changes on a 1st come 1st serve basis, I arrived about 2hours later & they were able to do the oil change same day & had it done in an hour even with one of their bays giving them troubles, they respected my work van, kept it locked & even when I walked up as the tech was pulling it out of the bay, he locked it so I could go & pay (didn't know this until I went to leave that he locked it, YAY! As this is my work van). The staff here is very professional & courteous. Even with a busy day they still had smiles for everyone. I am glad I called them 1st after the dealerships couldn't help. Thank You for a great experience! read more
