I only came here because when I was in Walmart looking for windshield wipers, one of the workers came over to "assist" me. The worker told me to find my car in the book. I already knew I needed 24 and 19 inch wipers. I showed him the brand I typically get, but he suggested a cheaper brand, which I was fine with because wipers never last long. He told me once I purchased the blades, they could put them on. I went ahead and drove around. Well, after 15 mins of the workers struggling I told them I found a video on Rainx's website and even told them the blades were listed under my vehicle make and model. Well the young man told me to step out my car to do it myself. I was like sir, your coworker said y'all would do this for me. Well eventually to make everyone's lives easier, I went back inside and purchased the exact RainX wipers I had on, which were a bit more expensive. He still struggled and I asked if they when to school to be mechanics. To my surprise, he told me no they don't know much about doing this. Well, when it was all set and done, I was gathering the old pieces to throw them away. He told me he would handle it. I said thanks and got in my car. He came and tried to hand me the packaging. I said no thanks, you can dispose of them. He said I'm not doing it and I was like sir I'm literally in my car and you have to pass by the trash can. He proceeds to throw the packaging in my car so I throw them on the ground. He then throws the packaging on my car and I had to throw it back on the ground because at this point I feel like I'm being assaulted. I never cursed or raised my voice at this man and I thanked him for the service before this all happened. What usually takes me 5-10 mins to do myself turned into 30 mins and a headache. I will never return to this establishment. read more
