It appeared there was a nail in the tire. I lost 3 PSI in 10 miles again so stopped in Big Rapids. Tried the chain right off the highway but they were a 2 hr wait. Called Big Rapids tire and they told me they could help me out right away. So friendly and quick! We were back on the road within a half hour! Then they inspected my newly purchased Cadillac. They found problems I never would have discovered myself and negotiated nearly $1,000 worth of repairs with CarMax. They put my license plate on for me and spent half an hour teaching me how to use the car's safety features. The manager said it would probably have to be cut off and would take 1.5 hours totaling roughly $100. i said not a problem il just skip the tpms sensors for now then. well they ended being able to get it off and asked would i like the sensors since i didnt have to pay the cut off fee. i said no just the tires. Well it cost me $150. The y charged me the same amount they quoted to cut the nuts even though they ended up not having to. It was a giant ripoff. to top it off my wife and i got in my truck and is smelled like weed and butthole. i will never go back there again, and i recommend you stay away too.

He brought his truck in there this morning for service because we noticed last night that the water pump went out. He got an oil change and after your service department completed that they gave him the keys back and told him he was all set. He asked the service department to look at it again because it wasn't drivable in the current conduction and told them the water pump was bad. Your service team told him they couldn't look at it- That he would need to make another appointment and the earliest they could get him in was 2 weeks from now and you let him LEAVE there driving the truck knowing the water pump was bad! When we went to do the work ourselves we discovered the parts they said needed to be replaced DIDNT need to be, verified by a gear head I know. So not only did they want to charge a ridiculous amount, they didn't even diagnose the issue correctly. They used to be reliable, not sure what's changed but be wary and get a second opinion.
