I went in and asked them if they could hit it with an impact to break them loose. He said no we need a work order. I can't just do that. I said I don't understand. He said it's a liability issue. What a crack what it is is a way for somebody not to do any work. I would never go to this place ever no matter what in fact, I have quit shopping in the supercenter because of this event in the tire shop. What a bunch of idiots and lazy fools.
