We had a flat on our truck while pulling our 16,000# Rv. Got the tire changed on the side of the road. Limped into Big Rapids to Belle Tires which was the closest tire shop on our route. Only drove 50 mph for almost two hours to get there as the spare tire was only inflated to 60# pressure as opposed to the necessary 75#. Belle Tire manager made space for us (pickup and 36' fifth wheel trailer) in the parking lot so we could unhook. They repaired the nail hole, put the spare tire back into the carrier under the truck and remounted the tire reasonably quick and got us back on the road. As we live in our Rv and travel extensively we were not accustomed to the quick service and the extremely courteous service given to us by Assistant manager Matt and the technician Ben. We give Belle Tires 15 stars out of 10! read more

Wonderful experience yesterday. Was driving from Indiana to Northern Michigan and noticed one of my tires was losing air. Called Belle Tire in Big Rapids, MI to inquire if they could check the tire. Arrived and was greeted by the same person, Damian, with a efficient and reassuring tone that they could get us serviced in 30-60 minutes. Surprised that Joshua came out within 5 minutes; 4 people began to service the tires - air checked in all. The tire was removed, inspected, and serviced within 15 minutes. When I went to pay, there was no charge. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you for getting us back on the road and leaving all in our car reflecting on such a great experience. read more

I had a leaking tire. They were very busy and initially told me it would take up to two hours before they could get to my tire. Twenty minutes later my tire was repaired (at no charge) and I was on my way. Since the Big Rapids store opened I have purchased three sets of tires and one set of wheels for my vehicles, as well as having some other repair work done. Without exception, every employee has been very courteous and efficient. They earn all my business and make my trips there something to look forward to. read more

Not sure why but they were less than willing to listen. They were more concerned with telling me that I was wrong than telling me what they did. All I wanted was for them to find out what happened and tell me the truth. This did not happen. I was treaded like I was a doing wrong, I never asked for anything other than what they did and own up to the truth. I got told to call a customer service number that seems to only allow. Been on multiple occasions and they've helped me out with everything! I made an appointment online and ordered a tire to replace a flat and they called saying the appointment time was unavailable but that they would get me in if I got there that day (during quarantine and I wasn't working so I was able to). They also told me they had a cheaper tire in store that wasn't listed online and they'd hold it for me. They replaced my tire quickly and when it came time to pay, it was cheaper than the quote I was given. Would definitely recommend!! read more

So, I went in to get some tires swapped due to needing a alignment from replacing my rack and pinion, a steering mechanism, and I was told I needed a ball joint replaced for them to do the alignment. Yes, this sounds silly because yes you should replace it, but in my case with how my alignment is I need one desperately due to my tire wear. My whole point is that I just paid over a grand in tires and they couldn't adjust my tie rods to make the tires straight. Doesn't make any sense. Just let my brand new tires wear down just like my old ones. read more

I took my vehicle in to have the battery tested and that was the only "problem" i was experiencing was low battery voltage. they checked it and said to call if i wanted it replaced. but they couldnt do it until next week. upon leaving, my vehicle would not go ABOVE 9 mph. i drove it back and brandon morrison the branch manager said he would not look at the car nor that he did any damage to it. my car has NEVER had this problem. on the way home i almost got into a serious car accident on the way back due to the low mph of the vehicle. i managed to make it home where i have since had to pay to have it towed ($65) and paid for a rental car for an entire week ($800 through enterprise) AND finding out the minimum cost to repair my 2016 chevy malibu starts at $416 minimum. I have since reported my terrible experience at belle tire to the better business bureau with a complaint number. Now a day later they called me and said there is nothing they can do to help fix the problem. "Brandon" is being investigated within the company from his corporate supervisors. Our trailer got a flat tire on 131... luckily we were only 1 mile from the Big Rapids exit. Unhooked, drove into Belle Tire and got back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The guys were super friendly and helpful and got us just what we needed! read more

I wouldn't even give them a star if it was an option. Took 3 tires and wheels in to have the tires removed and placed on the wheels that are on my vehicle. The guy didn't even understand my request and thought I just needed him to do what I could like change my tires. He takes the vehicle in the bay and tells me we can't change tires to rims with no logical reasoning. Go to a local tire place if you need work done. Laziest and most disrespectful place and they don't honor their advertising of you sit in the vehicle while we take care of you. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT very unsafe with covid-19 going around. read more
