Well then he decided they should look at it overnight to check for something else, the engine had to be cool. So I call and ask if they have time the next time, which he says yes. I call at 11:30 like he tells me to, mechanics haven't looked at it. He says call back around 3:30. I do so, and mechanics still haven't looked at it and apparently won't have time to. When I expressed how he wasted my time, he took no responsibility and said other repairs were promised. Mechanic told me same thing...well, so was I. That's why I called day before to check. Other worker told me I need to talk to someone who knows what they're talking about. They smugly told me, oh well I can have my car and sell it myself. Thanks!

My sister and brother in law just bought a used car from this dealership 2 weeks ago. We grew up in the area that this dealership is and have heard years of bad reviews about this dealership and the other dealership in Big Rapids, Marco Dodge. Constant poor service.
