Over the next months there was a noticeable rattle emanating from the rear of the cargo area (best I could tell while driving). Eventually I narrowed down the rattle to the rear sunroof area. I informed the dealership, they removed the ceiling lining, tightened the bolts and took care of it. This correction did not fall under a recall or Chrysler bulletin, but there was no charge to me. We did lots of research and found out the best option for us was to rebuild it, and not just replace it with new or used (which could have more miles than ours). I knew right away, when I called and spoke to the owner, Steve (who happened to answer one Saturday), that this was where God wanted us to bring our Van. He offered us a rebuild at the best price, with a year warranty! He said that his workers may have quoted us more, but thankfully be was so helpful to our needs! We were struggling financially at the time, and we relied on our tax refund money to cover the cost. He started working on it while we waited for it to be deposited in our account. Generally favoring the Chevy / GMC line. We were drawn to this Granit grey ram from the street, unsure if it was new or used until we pulled in and looked it over. All the other dealers we went through that day were closed , but we were ok with that after all we were just looking. As I peeked into the truck a gentleman by the name of Austin greeted me in the lot. He was well spoken and extremely friendly. He asked if we wanted a key to look over the truck and proceeded to get it. He let us check it over we talked some numbers and being close to closing we decided to come back the next day to test drive. The next day we come back to drive it and we get 5 miles down the road and feel in love with this truck. My phone rang and Austin had already been working on our deal. We come back at 430 and they had everything ready to go, all we had to do is sign. This review is NOT about quality of work…read more I stopped by Graff Jeep in Rockford because they advertise an Express Lane for "quick" service. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.
