Changed prices, refused to give me a receipt after paying $7,400 for a Kandi red golf cart. Advertised it with things that were not on the cart. ie: advertised with power steering...no power steering Advertised with blue tooth & sound bar....none of these were on the cart. Had 13 issues, he expected me to bring him the cart, once I mentioned "Court System" he then agreed to "pick -up" my cart to repair it! First off, he still refused to give me a receipt, Why would anyone with common sense release a cart w/out a receipt for proof of purchase to someone who is a known liar? Look on the website, many people have said the same. Secondly, if he could not put it together properly and clearly see the issues w/this cart, then why would I have confidence that he could "repair" this cart?! These carts were discontinued due to power issues from faulty solar panels too! It STOPPED working 4 weeks after delivery! I'm gladly taking him to court for false advertisement, no receipt and dishonest/questionable behavior. He advertised as brand new, then changed the story. DO BE AWARE OF WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM!

I set up an appointment time and he had the cars I was looking at pulled up and running (classy move), and let me walk away instead of the ol' "come have a seat at my awkwardly uncomfortable desk" like every other greaseball sales guy on the planet. Keith the sales manager came and introduced himself which I appreciated, didn't try to upsell, didn't even try to hard sell, he simply wanted to say thank you for coming in. My husband and I were told to drop off our vehicle, so we did at 7am. Then in the afternoon my husband reached out to the garage again and was told it was not in the garage yet. So, my husband waited all day from 7am to 4:45pm with no vehicle. When I got home at 4:45pm he had told me he hadn't heard anything. We decided we would go to the garage to see what was going on with our vehicle. When we got to the garage we were told it had just got in the garage and they were beginning to look at the vehicle. The guy in the office was a complete jerk and very disrespectful. He said to us "what do you want me to do call you every 5 minutes". I then reminded him that he hadn't even called us once. He said I don't know what you expect me to do we had 6 appointments that specific day. I asked him if he rather us go somewhere else. His reply was go someplace else. That is exactly what we did. Our vehicle needed brakes, tire sensors, rotate tires and a new reflector on the bumper. We will not go back there or recommend this place. Never had this issue in past with this garage.
