Generally favoring the Chevy / GMC line. We were drawn to this Granit grey ram from the street, unsure if it was new or used until we pulled in and looked it over. All the other dealers we went through that day were closed , but we were ok with that after all we were just looking. As I peeked into the truck a gentleman by the name of Austin greeted me in the lot. He was well spoken and extremely friendly. He asked if we wanted a key to look over the truck and proceeded to get it. He let us check it over we talked some numbers and being close to closing we decided to come back the next day to test drive. The next day we come back to drive it and we get 5 miles down the road and feel in love with this truck. My phone rang and Austin had already been working on our deal. We come back at 430 and they had everything ready to go, all we had to do is sign. Very impressed with all the Graff Staff, every single person we crossed paths with ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Blake was awesome super friendly very professional, Blake took care of all our finance needs and was very clear on explaining everything. This review is NOT about quality of work…read more I stopped by Graff Jeep in Rockford because they advertise an Express Lane for "quick" service. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.

Then in the afternoon my husband reached out to the garage again and was told it was not in the garage yet. So, my husband waited all day from 7am to 4:45pm with no vehicle. When I got home at 4:45pm he had told me he hadn't heard anything. We decided we would go to the garage to see what was going on with our vehicle. When we got to the garage we were told it had just got in the garage and they were beginning to look at the vehicle. The guy in the office was a complete jerk and very disrespectful. He said to us "what do you want me to do call you every 5 minutes". I then reminded him that he hadn't even called us once. He said I don't know what you expect me to do we had 6 appointments that specific day. I asked him if he rather us go somewhere else. His reply was go someplace else. That is exactly what we did. Our vehicle needed brakes, tire sensors, rotate tires and a new reflector on the bumper. We will not go back there or recommend this place. Never had this issue in past with this garage.

the whole experience with this shop from start to finish was top notch and I would recommend them…read moreto anyone. everyone there was very friendly and helpful, work was done sooner than anticipated, they kept us informed every step of the way with email updates and phone calls if something came up (it was always for the better when something came up, such as having the car done sooner than planned), and they even arranged our rental for us and handled all the insurance hassle. not to mention the work was impeccable and they even detailed the inside of the car (even though it was a mess inside when I dropped it off which I feel bad about because I didn't know they were going to do that, sorry guys!). I have not even one tiny gripe to mention. I hope I don't have to use their services again but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was just a fluke with a bad gasket. They not only fixed the problem under warranty but they also fixed an unnoticed problem with my torque converter and did not charge me for that. I never take time to leave reviews but I had to this time. Most companies will not honor their warranty if the vehicle changes owners but SUPERIOR DOES!! That's an honest warranty. Changed prices, refused to give me a receipt after paying $7,400 for a Kandi red golf cart. Advertised it with things that were not on the cart. ie: advertised with power steering...no power steering Advertised with blue tooth & sound bar....none of these were on the cart. Had 13 issues, he expected me to bring him the cart, once I mentioned "Court System" he then agreed to "pick -up" my cart to repair it! First off, he still refused to give me a receipt, Why would anyone with common sense release a cart w/out a receipt for proof of purchase to someone who is a known liar? Look on the website, many people have said the same. Secondly, if he could not put it together properly and clearly see the issues w/this cart, then why would I have confidence that he could "repair" this cart?! These carts were discontinued due to power issues from faulty solar panels too! It STOPPED working 4 weeks after delivery! I'm gladly taking him to court for false advertisement, no receipt and dishonest/questionable behavior. He advertised as brand new, then changed the story. DO BE AWARE OF WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM!
