Long story short the sales manager was extremely rude in his demeanor and made me feel like I was putting him out for trying to buy a car. After being informed our warranty (not through the dealer) wouldn't cover the costs for the service, we had questions of course which were delayed by Dick's request to my wife to "put some money on the table" and a quick change of tone suggesting we couldn't afford the repairs. Decided we'd take the vehicle somewhere a little more trustworthy and less money-first oriented. When we arrived to pick the truck up I was told it could be 30-45 minutes for them to finalize documents in their system. Reason being that their senior technician in charge of our vehicle types very slowly. Nice. Won't be back.

It took him 4 and a half hours to do a job he originally quoted me a couple hours. I got there a little before my 9:00 appointment and he didn't even take my car to the back until 10:00. At noon I asked him how much longer it would take and he told me another half hour. I finally got my car back at 1:30. Now he may have actually done a couple hours of work, but that's because every time the phone rang, he would stop what he was doing and talk to whoever was on the phone. One of his buddies showed up and he stopped what he was doing to talk to him. Other customers came in to have their breathalyzers calibrated on their vehicle and he stopped what he was doing to help them out. He actually installed the wrong wiring originally because he had the year of the vehicle wrong, so he had to start over. It really makes me wonder how experienced he really is. I highly recommend taking your car somewhere else for remote installation.
