I got a new suspension, struts, and an alignment for a low cost compared to other places. They called me with exactly what was wrong and gave me a great quote. Prior to going to Ronda, for years I have/had been taking my car to a different shop (national…read morechain you're all familiar with). It felt like with each year the prices at this national chain I used to go were not just becoming higher, but more dishonest. The work was getting sloppier, timetables got drawn out, the communication sloppy, and the know-how was slipping. Fast forward to present day and I needed some MAJOR work done on my car. The kind of work that is 1/2 a down payment for some folks. I just didn't trust that national chain to work on my car anymore and the quote they gave me was ridiculous. So I shopped around and came across awesome reviews for Ronda on Breton. Let me tell you... the reviews, as good as they are, don't do this place justice. 1. Very fair pricing. Honest brokers! 2. AMAZING work. My car has not driven this well in about 4 years. 3. Expeditious. Despite having to order a part on the spot, they were still able to get the work done in a tight timeframe and same day. 4. Very communicative. Was in contact with them twice during the day and given updates (my thanks to Jacob). I'll be taking my car here from now on. My only gripe is that I waited this long to take it to Ronda to begin with. Excellent place. Trust them. They will take care of you.

Outstanding Service & Honest Pricing!…read more I can't recommend Ronda Auto Center enough! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and transparent about what my car needed. They took the time to explain everything without pushing unnecessary repairs--something that's hard to find in an auto shop! The service was fast, and my car runs like new. Fair pricing, honest mechanics, and great customer service--this is my go-to shop from now on. If you're looking for a reliable auto shop in Grand Rapids, this is the place!

After three "expert" techs and 90 days I got back a car that wouldn't start, locked in gear so it couldn't be rolled around, dead battery and a front tire with a hole so big I can put my fist in it (see picture). WTH happened? They said they could never start it so apparently worked on it in the driveway but despite never getting the car running their "estimate/diagnosis" was it probably needs a transmission module but they didn't have the software to reset or determine if it was bad... THE CHARGES: $600+. I left a car that ran and got back a car that didn't plus had a tire which looked like it was shot with a cannon and a dead battery. I can't recommend them for ANY auto repairs on any thing. Disappointed and $600 poorer.

Upon arrival, I explained my situation and even mentioned whoever I spoke to earlier that day confirmed a $0 dollar transaction. Front desk gentleman confined to print out papers that concluded a $59.95 service fee is to be paid before inspection and if I "get the repair done at this location" the cost would be reduced by $59 dollars. Although these gentleman were welcoming and respectful, I question their overall integrity seeing as the tuffy 10 minutes down the street did the estimate at no cost (like their websites says)
