Congratulations To; President & V-President…read more Michael Johnson & Mike Crane for GROOMING thier Corporate employee Dean Degroot and his key players Britt Bridge and Marcus Green into thinking that women are inferior to them. Thank you for teaching them that if a woman comes into your place of business alone it is their job to be sure she walks out with a car, but make sure the cost of her car is over at least $40,000. But if she is accompanied by a male over 30yrs of age then be careful. My daughter went into 1680 28th sw Wyoming 49519 Mi. store and was sold a repossessed car for 44,000. It had been in multiple car accidents in which you could tell from the dented up body,. This car had several dents all around it, scratches all across the hood that were clearly made from an angry person. The transmission was stalling, there was a smokey smell coming from under the hood into the car. The lights inside kept sticking, wheels where sqeaking, it had not been detailed, there was food at the roof of the inside of the car and much more. Once I witnessed what they sold her I took her right back to the company spoke with a Britt Bridges about what they had done told him this was unexceptable and he called the POLICE! We explain to the cops that Britt was angry because we would not except his excuses. We said he was angry because as women we were standing up to him and he did not like that! We then allowed the cops to view the evidence paperwork and price $44,000 they freak out as well. Nothing was done cops left no report. We reached out to Corporate to get more support on this issue as we were still unhappy. 3 days later we met with a Dean Degroot: He was an OutRight DISRESPECT Person I don't know how he is in his position we tried to lodge a complaint against Britt Bridges and he said no he won't allow it! We then made this sorry company draft a letter relieving my daughter of all responsibilities of this non funtionable car she has sihned it. Now I am looking to lodge a complaint against this company for fasley calling Police on myself and my daughter. Priceway Auto l pray that someone come and Audit your Wyoming store You are price gouging these women becauseyou know they need you. I pray that every person that read this that had a bad experience with you speak up! I pray that for every Woman that you have financially abused God would reveal who you are and close this company down for there wrong doing soon! Because your praying on the poor, the people your supposed to be helping your hurting.

BUYER BEWARE. I'm writing this specifically about RightWay on Alpine in Comstock Park. They have no…read moresticker prices on any of the vehicles. They bring cars to you to test drive, cars you may or may not be interested in. My salesperson said he didn't know the prices and had to check with his manager (behind closed doors). As a matter of fact, pretty much every question we asked had to go through the manager. I asked about a specific car I was interested in, that was in the available cars section of the lot. After returning from his longer than necessary conversation with his manager, he said the car needed repairs and was not available. I was there on a Saturday, when I returned on Monday the car had been moved front and center... available. I ended up going with one of the cars they showed me. I had an uneasy feeling and mentioned I thought the car felt a little hesitant upon acceleration. They did not supply a Carfax report showing a maintenance history, only an ownership history. My salesperson took it for a ride and said he didn't feel anything. Assured me, due to the inspection and repairs done, there were no issues. Also noting the 6 month Powertrain Warranty. Well here we are... 4 months and 2000 miles since purchase and I need a new engine. In fact the car needs over $7000 in repair costs. The only luck I feel is that I am still within the 6 month warranty. And I will now feel more secure with a new engine and other parts that must be replaced. If this happened 2 months later I would have been completely screwed. The worst part... they knew my circumstances and took advantage of the fact I was desperate to get into a vehicle that day. I am on workman's comp due to a work-related injury. I'm only take in half of my regular income since January, and it's financially crushed me. They knew this. If you purchase a vehicle from them, take it immediately to your own mechanic for an inspection. My fault for not doing this and not following my gut. I hope this helps.

My son and I purchased a vehicle in July of this year. We had browsed the lot prior to speaking with the salesperson, and saw some vehicles we were interested in. There was one I really had my eye on. They do not have sticker prices on any vehicle in the lot. When I asked the salesperson about prices he said he didn't know them and would have to ask his manager. Rather than letting us choose the vehicles we were interested in, they just randomly pulled up vehicles for us to test drive. I asked about the vehicle I had my eye on, which was located in the area where the available vehicles were parked... they have a separate area for vehicles that need to be serviced. Once again the salesperson had to speak with his manager about the sales price. As a matter of fact he had to speak to his manager (office door shut) to get most answers or approvals. I found this strange and kind of shady, but I needed a vehicle right away so we continued working with him. He did not come back with a price. Instead we were told the vehicle was not available because it needed repairs. ... again odd. We ended up going with another vehicle, which was one of the vehicles they had randomly pulled up for us to test drive. I questioned him about the license plate because I wasn't given a dealership plate. He said I could just use my previous plate (from my old vehicle), until the new plate came in. I thought that didn't make sense, but he was a car salesman and should know. When I got on the highway, I felt it was hesitant upon acceleration. I had to return to the dealership 2 days later, and decided to continue to drive the car to see if maybe it was in my head and I was just worried they might have sold us a lemon. I felt there still may be an issue, so when I returned two days later, I mentioned it to the salesperson and he said he would take it for a test drive. While he was gone, I noticed not only was the "unavailable" car I had my eye on still the available cars area, it was parked front row for all driving on Alpine to see. It was hard to believe that vehicle was serviced the day after my purchase, which was a Sunday, and back on the lot Monday. This really bothered me. I should have questioned it., but I did not. I'm not confrontational. I'm too nice and trusting...to a fault. When he returned, he told me he had taken the car on the highway and assured me there was nothing wrong. So I thought maybe it was just a difference in vehicles compared to my last. The following week, as I was headed to pick up my plates, the vehicle died about I minute after starting. once at the dealership, I mentioned to the salesperson helping me what had happened. He seemed as though I should not be too concerned by the issue. So I thought maybe it was just a one- off...I'm no expert. While putting on my plate, he asked why I had an old plate on the vehicle. I explained that my salesperson had told me to use it until the new plates came in. He was a bit bewildered. I had been driving illegally for week. For the last couple months, the issue has gotten worse, and I began smelling exhaust inside the vehicle after about 15 minutes into driving. I located the inspection and repair information. It showed a fail for the exhaust and generally stated "exhaust repair"... no specifics. It also showed the shop had its own 12 month warranty on labor and parts. Because I have a $100 deductible on the purchase warranty, using the shop's warranty would save me some money. I called the dealership to see if I could. I also asked if I could get details on the exact exhaust repairs that were done. The person who answered told me he didn't know what I was talking about or what I was looking at that says the auto shop has a 12 month warranty. I told him I was looking at the inspection and service receipt they had provided me at the dealership. I explained the warranty was listed directly under the list of charges. With a chuckle, he said well we no longer have ownership of the vehicle and they have nothing to do with it. He added the warranty we were given will no longer cover any repairs not done at one of their shops. As with everything else up to this point, it did not make sense. Maybe that's normal, I don't know. This is why I wait to post a review. If I would have posted my review immediately, I would have given them four stars. My sales person was friendly and may have been new to the business. At this point, 2 stars may be generous. I should have listened to my gut several times throughout this process. That's on me. I do feel I was lead to and sold this vehicle purposely. I recommend Considering my experience if you choose to go there. I hope it helps.

We had been without a car for awhile, and it was really draining on us as well as friends and family. I started a new job and after a few paychecks, we had money set aside for a decent down payment. We weren't having any luck with friends recommending cars to us, or checking out cars on the side of the road. Everything decent was just out of our price range, so we finally decided to just go to a dealer. The people working there are friendly, the main salesman was not as pushy as I was expecting. I wanted to look at a Hyundai, an Accent was my first car and I was interested in the Accent they had on the lot. After taking it for a test drive and having my stepdad give a quick inspection, I decided that I wanted it. There were a few small issues that I asked them to fix before I purchased it, their mechanic is across the street and they did fix what I asked of them. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System light was on, as well as the Check Engine Light. Their financing manager is friendly and honest, but this is kind of where things went downhill for a bit. Online, the price was shown to be approximately $4,000, but after applying to have it financed the numbers weren't adding up right. With interest and a two year loan, it was going to cost over $6,000 to purchase. They had forgotten to tell us that the 4K price was their special cash price, and the 6K was if we financed through them. The financing manager was incredibly apologetic, though the sales guy looked a little ticked off that we had caught the difference. That same day, I took it for another test run to see if anything else came up, and the check engine light came back on, as well as the TPMS light. I basically told them that I didn't really believe their mechanic was doing his job, and that I would just take care of it myself. I ended up getting a loan through LMCU, and picked up the car the next day. Now, I've had this car for a few months and so far we only had to replace the blower motor and the battery. That's really not bad for a used car, we are very happy with it otherwise. All in all, pretty standard for buying a used car I suppose. If I choose to purchase from them again, I wouldn't really hesitate if they have the car I want in their lot. I'm very happy with my little Hyundai, I would just go in with a little more knowledge next time.
