I would not recommend this dealership at all, the first truck I went and looked at was all smashed…read moreup, but wasn't visible in the photos. They mentioned the small dent in the bumper, but not the basketball sized dent in the bedside. Second truck I test drove had a blinking engine light because of a random cylinder misfire. They said they didn't know what was wrong with it, though it definitely needed a new motor. However, I went to their "storage lot" to see vehicles not yet listed and on the windshields of those trucks they stated detailed lists of everything that was wrong with the vehicles. These are ALL auction vehicles. The guy also kept my $300 Deposit after the vehicle wasn't as described. It was non-refundable, but the vehicle was junk once I got there.

Complete SCAM! Should be called Momber junk yard! I drove over almost 2 hrs away because they…read moreseemed to have really decent vehicles. Well by god that was HUGE MISTAKE. I was better off just going to the local junk yard and picking the nearest POS to tow off because that's what I eventually had to do not even 2 weeks later! I came in and these gentleman seemed very nice and knowledgeable and kind! Pictures of children and family they seemed very proud of the business. What a facade! I told them I was looking for a reliable vehicle that would last us some time seeing as we have had terrible times in the past with vehicles and we were ready to have something nice for our family! I bought a 2014 GMC Terrain. I drove several vehicles on his lot and test drove this certain one for quite a while before deciding on my purchase. Not even 3 days later it started to jerk and shake every time I would stop at a stop light or stop sign! I eventually ended up stranded and had to get a tow and took to a mechanic and it was a timing chain.... all spark plugs, and coil. The mechanic informed us that the vehicle was put through all sorts of hell and half arsed work, that it's had several un maintained issues! It burns oil like no other, has a exhaust issue and now after dropping over 1,500$ into it AFTER PURCHASE we have some now new unknown issue where it just starts to sputter and jerk again and slowly dies out and stops running literally whenever it wants! They took our Van that had a pretty decent running engine no check engine light at all, and they made sure we had to trade it in so we would be stuck with the vehicle they sold us! I now regret not just keeping my van and putting the work into that! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE! This will be the biggest mistake and regret you will ever have! I now have no vehicle and a son who has to go to physical therapy twice and week and a husband who now has to walk 3 miles to work and back! On top of not being able to take care of my elderly mother daily! THEY DO NOT CARE! Ryan clearly knows the situation and pretty much said it's our issue now! He did offer us to bring it to his mechanic and he would take a look! Yeah ok let me pay that tow bill 2hrs away after I am scratching pennies together to get through the week after spending everything on fixing the timing chain! And god only knows how much whatever is now wrong is going to be. I was pretty much told to start looking for a new motor to drop in because the one that is in it is in such bad shape! Unfortunately they do not off complimentary lube with the big f*ck over they give you! would give 0 stars if I could!

Never been to this establishment, I own and buy several vehicles. This time we wanted to try a ram…read moretruck. I have owned all models and makes of vehicles. Generally favoring the Chevy / GMC line. We were drawn to this Granit grey ram from the street, unsure if it was new or used until we pulled in and looked it over. All the other dealers we went through that day were closed , but we were ok with that after all we were just looking. As I peeked into the truck a gentleman by the name of Austin greeted me in the lot. He was well spoken and extremely friendly. He asked if we wanted a key to look over the truck and proceeded to get it. He let us check it over we talked some numbers and being close to closing we decided to come back the next day to test drive. The next day we come back to drive it and we get 5 miles down the road and feel in love with this truck. My phone rang and Austin had already been working on our deal. We come back at 430 and they had everything ready to go, all we had to do is sign. Very impressed with all the Graff Staff, every single person we crossed paths with ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Blake was awesome super friendly very professional, Blake took care of all our finance needs and was very clear on explaining everything. Graff Staff Business owners Please realize and recognize the exceptional professionalism that your staff has. I will defiantly be back in the future and I have already sent two customers to come see your outstanding old school service that is rare to find to see if they feel the same way. VERY EXCEPTIONAL DEALERSHIP,HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENED.

This review is NOT about quality of work…read more I stopped by Graff Jeep in Rockford because they advertise an Express Lane for "quick" service. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.
