Had a crank pulley replaced there almost 2 years ago. Went to replace the crank pulley with an…read moreupgraded one. Two bolts out of the 6 came out fine. Two were a bit snug coming out. I thought maybe they put some locktight on them. As I pulled them all the way out I could see shavings. And half the bolt was shiny. Then I knew it wasn't lock tight. They forced the bolts in and didn't look back. After finding this out I figured the decent thing to do would be running me out a tap since my car is apart. I was told I didn't need to replace it it's my fault. Along with well they stayed in so you should of left it. I called a friend to see if he had a tap and told him what was going on. He said yup that's Gary's for you. He sold me a rebuilt transmission years ago the reverse didn't work and he told him it's his problem not ours. Avoid this place at all cost. I'll continue to go to intune imports. Far better mechanics. Gary is a smug guy and if they screw up your car it's on you not them. Again stay away from this place at all cost.

When I pulled off the lot after purchasing the car, the check engine light turned on. Texted my salesman and he said to turn around and they would get it looked at. I couldn't because I was in need to drive it home that evening. Week later there was the tire pressure monitor system on, check engine light, all tail lights went out and needed to be replaced and I was putting air in a tire almost every other day. Txted my sales guy again and he said it was unfortunate that this happens sometimes after getting the vehicle off the lot. After he apologized that it should have been taken care of before I had possession of the car; asked for it to be brought back and they would get the items we talked about fixed. They determined that it would be on them and taken care of and they did a good job with the entire process. Overall happy with my good used vehicle and appreciate the help Andrew gave me. He knew I financially couldn't take on the price of the repairs needed so he told me everything was on them. I will tell others of my experience here for sure. If you look into getting a car from them just test drive a vehicle more than once before actually looking into purchasing.... And make sure you ask for Andrew; he seems to be the most outgoing and the willingness to help you.

Now I have to sell it for a fraction of the price or spend thousands on a new paint job. I thought maybe I was just unlucky but after asking around I found multiple others who had similar experiences. Their cars seemed perfect, but within 3 months major issues occurred, costing thousands of dollars. Seems like Comodo is know for fixing them up just good enough to sell and then they completely fall apart. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for a reliable vehicle.

They did want to fix any of the issues. We had to twist their arm just to drop the price three hundred bucks. When there repairs to make things right of $860.95. They acted like we were trying to rob them. We bought the Escape they did not even fill the gas tank with gas. I drove Escape just a mile down the road and the gas light came on after telling there was gas in the car. Two weeks later before I had an appointment to fix all the issues the Ford Escape would not move by stop sign. I had all I could do to get it gear to move the car to a parking lot. I got towed to the mechanic and got bad news the transmission is burned out. It will cost anywhere from three thousand to four thousand to fix the transmission. Tried reach to them if they could work something out. Chip said read the paperwork you sign. It sold as is. You bought it you own it. I can't believe these great reviews this can't be the same guy. He must of paid the people to give him such great reviews. I would not buy a pig from this guy.

The old van we got started to have some malfunctioning of a door from an electrical panel getting wet about a week after we took it home. They fixed it at no charge to us and it wasn't because we complained or threw a tantrum. They wanted us to be happy with the purchase even though it wasn't a big sale. We will absolutely go back there for service and look there any time we look to purchase because of our experience. Side note: the waiting room is stocked with kids play table and loads of things to keep the kids busy.

Since buying the car, I have already had to bring it in for repairs four times, all for the exact same issue. My car needed a Subaru specific O2 sensor, but the dealership installed an aftermarket part that kept failing. If they sell Subarus, they should know how to repair them properly the first time. Each time I was forced to drive two hours there and two hours back, which is exhausting and completely unreasonable for a car I just purchased. One of the latest fixes only took 20 minutes and easily could have been handled locally, but instead I wasted an entire day driving back and forth yet again. Between all of these trips I have put about 1,200 unnecessary miles on my car, spent over $250 in gas, and now need another oil change and new oil filter because of it. Michael, the salesman, was great to work with and very kind, but that does not make up for the fact that this car has had repeated issues and the way they have been handled has been extremely disappointing. I expected reliability and accountability when buying from a dealership, not constant repairs, added expenses, and wasted time. I would not recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately, the behavior of the salesman showing me around this lot is the sole reason I chose not to move forward with purchasing the car I was interested in. As a young woman shopping for a car on my own, I was met with condescending remarks such as, "Why didn't your boyfriend come help you find a car?" This comment was not only dismissive but presumptuous--how would he know if I even had a boyfriend? It was clear he doubted my ability to make decisions independently, which made me feel undervalued. When I asked questions, he was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and disrespected as a potential customer. Thankfully, I went to another dealership where I was treated with respect and purchased a car completely on my own. This experience stands out to me because it shows how much a salesperson's attitude can influence a decision.
