It appeared there was a nail in the tire. I lost 3 PSI in 10 miles again so stopped in Big Rapids. Tried the chain right off the highway but they were a 2 hr wait. Called Big Rapids tire and they told me they could help me out right away. So friendly and quick! We were back on the road within a half hour! I brought my car in and when it was ready I found out they apparently ordered and installed four new tires on my car and charged me $800 for four instead of $400 for the two I ordered. I relented and agreed to keep all four. I got home and found that they didn't even mount the spare tire under my car, instead they just tossed it into the trunk. I am 73 and I had to get down under my car in the garage and mount the tire in it's holder myself. A bad experience all around. Buyer Beware!!

One call to Ralph and Scott was out in a few minutes, picked the whole dinghy and trailer up on a truck, took it in, the team diagnosed the issue, gave us options and had the whole axle replaced a short time later!
