Then they inspected my newly purchased Cadillac. They found problems I never would have discovered myself and negotiated nearly $1,000 worth of repairs with CarMax. They put my license plate on for me and spent half an hour teaching me how to use the car's safety features. When everything was finished, they told me, "You bought a good car--and now you have a great car." I love these people. They were well within justification to tell me to come tow it away and be done with it. I put 266k miles on this car in 9 years. It could easily have just pooped out but this is the most problems I've ever had with the car. Anyway, 3 weeks, calls in to GM and Chevrolet and still no answers but they didn't give up and at the end of 3 weeks I have my car back and it drives like new! When we went to do the work ourselves we discovered the parts they said needed to be replaced DIDNT need to be, verified by a gear head I know.
