I have a great deal of respect for a company--and a manager--who takes the time to personally follow up and work to resolve a situation. That level of accountability matters.

Came in as a walk in to check on my tire sensor being lit up…read more This place was busy for a saturday morning around 8am ish. This place was organized as far as getting customers in as walk in , with appointments etc. They had a hand held machine to control traffic and to help customers ease the wait time to be serviced. They will ask for your name and phone number and the text message will route you when they are ready to service you. They spoke to me that since i had warranty cards on my 4 tires that my payment will be about $14 if I needed a new tire (1) . After they took my car in - They resolved the issue as a valve issue and they replaced the tire valve and it was a free service. The frustrating part about this was the icon was still lit up. So they informed me to give it about 15-20 mins and the icon should be gone. Well I drove the car nearby and it still was there - the icon. So I went back to the location and told them I will need this cleared because I was not comfortable driving with tire issues after leaving them. I waited until a staff assisted me clearing the icon. So far the icon did not pop up. I also noticed that the staff says things that is not there - example - i requested my receipt to be EMAILED to me and the employee stated it was emailed. So I waited enough that the email was not popping up on my inbox. Come to find out - the system NEVER HAD MY EMAIL ADDRESS. So i asked the employee - how did u send the receipt without my email address in the system? He then asked another employee STEPS to email my receipt AFTER HE ASKED ME MY EMAIL ADDRESS. He looked like a new employee because he didnt know steps on such a thing as far as his tasks. Overall this place is not bad its the fact that I drove off still having the icon lit up after they fixed the issue and not being honest about having my email address.

The gentleman who answered the phone told me that they could fit me in at 9 a.m., and from there, it was a matter of approximately 30 minutes for one of the men there to jack up my car, remove the tire, find the location of the leak, fix it, and remount the tire to my car. There were TWO pieces of metal that had caused the problem, which surprised me, as I hadn't known that was even possible! Lol The price for all that was very reasonable, in my opinion, and if -- when, really -- I have that or any other tire-related issue, I will absolutely call Royal Tire Service again! Review for Tires R Us - Not Recommended…read more I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I waited nearly 3 hours with two small children in the car just to have one tire replaced. The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here. The service is not reliable, and the product quality is unacceptable. I saw many reviews talking about how honest and great the service was--I fell for that. But my experience was the complete opposite. As a single mother, money matters, and above all, so does safety for my kids on the road. Definitely not recommended.

I called a few hours ahead asking about the tow price and they made it seem like they could meet me with the tow truck whenever I was ready but that was untrue. All in all I would definitely recommend. Their prices seem right on point for an auto shop and they are truthful. I also know the owner and he's a good guy who's not looking to rip anyone off. Since I really didn't have much of a service done I can't give it 5 stars but will say that I plan to go back if I have another problem. Also I received 10% off my service by checking in with yelp.

Took their time, even showed me the tire in the dunk tank that there was no leaks, and when I asked why it might still be leaking one of the guys said you know what maybe we should replace the valve stem sometimes it gets stuck. They replace it for free and the dunk test for free. Which also meant a lot because I've had to put a couple thousand dollars into my van just this month and money is tight. I would highly recommend this shop. They are very professional very courteous. If I have need, I will be giving them my business in the future.
