Had 2 experiences here 1st a simple oil and filter change which was seem less, but he second today was a screw in my tire. Hands down Ricky and Carlos were the best of the best. They not only took my car in to fix the tire within an hour of close but also took better care of me on the financial end. Top notch establishment here hands down!!! I don't appreciate lies and deceptions. They stated they were going to change all 4 of my brakes, pads and rotors for $1000 which also included an oil change and filter change. To my surprise when I went to take my car in for maintenance at my car dealership, they showed me my rear brakes and they have not been changed at all. When we called to inquire about this they told me that the price was only for the front and not all four which was not what I was told when I was there. So I will never be taking my vehicle there again. So sad because before this they had done a good job. read more

I work long hours, so they even gave my spouse a ride there to pick up the car at no extra cost. Every representative we have worked with have been knowledgeable and professional. I can not say enough about Ricky at this location. I was traveling in the rural parts went over a railroad track, and cracked my run flat tire. One mile from the resort. We rolled to our destination. I called Mercedes, who could not help me at all due to my location. I noticed I had Goodyear tires and googled that. I found Ricky who saved my life. He retrieved a tire for me from Tampa, gave me the number to get towed to his location. I was able to enjoy my vacation while Ricky solved all my problems. The tow arrived within 30 minutes. Ricky called me a few hours later, car was fixed and ready to go. He offered to store the car until the next day at no charge. Checked on me the next. I picked up the car with zero stress and cheaper than if I was home. Then he told me the tire was guaranteed for 3 years. The service, the courtesy and overall experience 5 stars. I'm only sorry we don't have a Ricky in my home town. If I'm ever in Bartow I'll go back and thank Ricky again. He saved my car and my vacation. read more

Honesty goes a long way!! They service my work vehicle. The last time I got an oil change (different place) I was told I would need breaks for sure all around. They took me in right away here and got to work!! Within ten minutes I was told my breaks were good, my oil was changed, my tires were being rotated, and my filters were being replaced. I travel for a living so my car must always be in tip top shape. I had a nail in the sidewall of my rear tire. I knew that could be a disaster and during this coronavirus times I did not want to be without a car or stranded on the side of a road. I drove 3 hours to work and ended up with only 45 minutes before work and decided to drive into Ricky Farleys shop. Boy was that a good call. I told him my situation and my finances at the time and he set me up with two rear tires AND rotated them. I got to work in plenty of time. My wife took her car in for tires and an oil change. I agreed to alignment and a valve cover gasket also. When my wife picked up the car, the oil light was coming on, the car was knocking, there was a significant loss of power, and the car pulled left. After nearly a week of games, I told Ricky, the store manager, that I would be taking it to someone else for inspection and peruse them for damages. He boasted about how Goodyear would back him up, but when I picked the car up that afternoon, the engine problems had miraculously stopped. The valve cover still leaks oil. The management at Goodyear Bartow is either incompetent or dishonest. Neither is acceptable for my business. read more

They are always too busy to rotate the tire I bought from them when I have made appointment I waited hours, when I drop in they can't get to it until the next day or latter that day. Understand they are busy, but they need to understand I paid for a service that I'm now paying others to do because I just can wait hours and can't always come back another day. Never have had this problem at other places so I'm not sure why I do here. I wanted to use a place close to home to save time and be able to get my rotation done regularly but I guess I'm better off driving 20-min. I get it they are too busy, so I take my business to someone else. read more

My husband called the 800 # and they said at 6:30pm that I could come and get 4 new tires do to having a nail in the back tire and it was not holding air. When I got there Barb Fenner was filling in for the store manager and she have not gotten a call from the 800 service person to tell her I was on my way and that I needed tires that night and the store closes at 7:00pm. Even though they had already started to closes at 6:50 she said she had not received a call back from Goodyear's 800 service she would not send me away with a bad tire. She called the service manager and told him the problem and that they needed to service my car and had Austin the GST and Doug the Master Tech stay and put the tires on my car. My husband and I are so impressed with Barb that we will be bring all of are vehicles to them for now on and will let others know about the amazing service we got there. She told me she had just got asst. manager not that long ago, if Goodyear wants to be come number one in this business they should move her up to a store manager for she has what they need for BIG sales with her and very happy customers. read more
