I am still making contact with them, because the agreed to return my money for a defective water pump they replaced in my vehicle. After towing my car to Goodyear, they claimed my vehicle was repaired and the water pump had a 2 year warranty. 2 weeks later, water pump was leaking again. Well, since I had a 2 year warranty, I had it towed back to them. Upon contacting them a couple of days later, I was told the water pump was not the problem. Towed my car from Goodyear to another repair shop. The mechanic at this other shop advised the water pump WAS the problem. This mechanic advised the water pump WAS defective and the A/C is not working because Goodyear tore wires underneath the water pump. This mechanic advised he will order another water pump, install it, however he will take make car to the Import shop to repair the A/C, which was just 1 mile away. I advised Goodyear, the water pump WAS the problem. TRAVIS, at Goodyear who advised to come to Goodyear to sign the refund invoice for Corporate to return my money for the (phantom) repair they conducted. This all started 8/8/2026. The date the refund was requested was 9/24/2026 by TRAVIS at Goodyear. I was issued a check in my daughter's name and my name and no bank will cash it, so the qualified mechanic could get paid. TRAVIS advised that another check will be issued via FEDEX OVERNIGHT on 9/28. Called corporate and spoke to Carrie on 10/19 who advised she did not see where a check was issued. Carrie advised she will make contact with TRAVIS and have him call with a tracking number. NEVER received a call. Meanwhile, I rented a car for a week, waiting on the refund. Never received the refund. I could not afford to continue to renting a vehicle to get to my job. Now, I have lost my new job. My vehicle was at the shop waiting for payment, for an entire month. The overnight checked arrived via FEDEX on 10/22/2026 and now I owe storage fees. I lost my job, paid for the A/C to be repaired and waited a month to get a refund from Goodyear. If Goodyear could not fix my water pump, they should have just said so, as the other mechanic said he could not fix the A/C. GOODYEAR should stick to oil changes and selling tires. I have contacted my attorney and they will be making contact with them. This was a very stressful experiment for me and I will never take my vehicle to GOODYEAR again, even if I need an oil change or tires!! I will repost my experience on all of my platforms, to advise my followers NOT TO TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH GOODYEAR. There is not enough ZEROs to rate them.

This place was organized as far as getting customers in as walk in , with appointments etc. They had a hand held machine to control traffic and to help customers ease the wait time to be serviced. They will ask for your name and phone number and the text message will route you when they are ready to service you. They spoke to me that since i had warranty cards on my 4 tires that my payment will be about $14 if I needed a new tire (1) . After they took my car in - They resolved the issue as a valve issue and they replaced the tire valve and it was a free service. The frustrating part about this was the icon was still lit up. So they informed me to give it about 15-20 mins and the icon should be gone. Well I drove the car nearby and it still was there - the icon. So I went back to the location and told them I will need this cleared because I was not comfortable driving with tire issues after leaving them. I waited until a staff assisted me clearing the icon. So far the icon did not pop up. I also noticed that the staff says things that is not there - example - i requested my receipt to be EMAILED to me and the employee stated it was emailed. So I waited enough that the email was not popping up on my inbox. Come to find out - the system NEVER HAD MY EMAIL ADDRESS. So i asked the employee - how did u send the receipt without my email address in the system? He then asked another employee STEPS to email my receipt AFTER HE ASKED ME MY EMAIL ADDRESS. He looked like a new employee because he didnt know steps on such a thing as far as his tasks. Overall this place is not bad its the fact that I drove off still having the icon lit up after they fixed the issue and not being honest about having my email address.

The gentleman who answered the phone told me that they could fit me in at 9 a.m., and from there, it was a matter of approximately 30 minutes for one of the men there to jack up my car, remove the tire, find the location of the leak, fix it, and remount the tire to my car. There were TWO pieces of metal that had caused the problem, which surprised me, as I hadn't known that was even possible! Lol The price for all that was very reasonable, in my opinion, and if -- when, really -- I have that or any other tire-related issue, I will absolutely call Royal Tire Service again! The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here. The service is not reliable, and the product quality is unacceptable. I saw many reviews talking about how honest and great the service was--I fell for that. But my experience was the complete opposite. As a single mother, money matters, and above all, so does safety for my kids on the road. Definitely not recommended.

The installation went very quickly and efficiently, as always. Less than two days later, my right front tire sustained a puncture while I was driving in Lakeland on Hwy. 92 in front of Habitat for Humanity while I was on my way to pick up my Grandson at school AAA came out and promptly changed out the damaged tire and we were on our way.... The next morning, today, I went immediately to B&L tires to have the punctured tire repaired. The gentleman who greeted me said that they will just have to stop "installing magnets in the tires" as a welcoming light hearted beginning to our interaction. Great sense of humor ! His guys swung into action and the punctured tire was repaired and the spare tire safely stored in its place under the car. I think the whole process took about 20 minutes. These guys are PROS ! Took their time, even showed me the tire in the dunk tank that there was no leaks, and when I asked why it might still be leaking one of the guys said you know what maybe we should replace the valve stem sometimes it gets stuck. They replace it for free and the dunk test for free. Which also meant a lot because I've had to put a couple thousand dollars into my van just this month and money is tight. I would highly recommend this shop. They are very professional very courteous. If I have need, I will be giving them my business in the future.
