I get no update that day, so I call the following afternoon, to check in and see where they're at and what it's looking like. I'm told that I'm still getting working on to get back there. So full day and a half and my car hasn't even been seen yet. Why have me make an appointment if I'm not going to be seen that day? Makes no sense. I can't describe how services was cause my car never got an opportunity to be worked on.

Had a tire that was leaking air on a Friday afternoon at 2pm. This was the first call I made…read morebecause it was close to my address. Extremely professional and without any statement of being busy. I explained my issues and the employee said to come bring it in (I think his name was Ron). I told him I'm 10 mins away, he said no problem," see you when you get here". Unfortunately I went to a different tire store, which I guess there's plenty around where I live. Since I was there I explained my issues with my tires. They said if I could leave it because it would be 3 hour wait.. So I left and called Ron again and explained my mistake and he said no worries again bring it in. It was almost 45 mins since I first spoke to him. I figured I lost my window for a fast service. When I got there they looked busy. I asked them to check both back tires because I kept filling air every week and also asked them if they can replace my rear turning light bulb because it was out. He said , he would if they had the light bulb. (This was a tire store not a car service, I thought he was going to say NO but he didn't) We went through the formalities for my personal information. They took the keys from me and I thought it was going to be at least an hour. To my surprise, they were done in 15 mins. Ron , told me that only one rear tire had a leak and that they replaced the rear turn light bulb. As I was pulling out my credit card out, Ron said we were good. I said , " Ok, what do I owe?". He said," your good, I don't owe anything". I was pleasantly surprised and humbled. I couldn't believe it. If I have any kind of bad luck in life it's FLAT TIRES!!!!.... At least 5 a year. I've dealt with a lot of tire stores and I hate dealings with them. They are always to busy and always try to get me to buy expensive tires.... and tell me I need other repair services. Because of Ron's professionalism and empathy, his company has a customer for life. I will not go anywhere else!!!! He made my day. It was painless. Thank you Ron........ (hopefully that's your name, I apologize if not) I would rate them with infinite but that's not an option.

Went into McGee with a flat tire problem on my motorhome which happened to be located next door to…read morethem in Sanlan RV Park. It was the valve stem leaking making the tire flat. I went in, talked to them told them my issue, and they immediately got their employee Mike to follow me to the camp ground. Mike was a very nice and knowledgeable guy, fixed the leaking valve stem, filled the tire with air, and all was well. When I went to pay him he told me the owner said no charge, I was completely stunned I could not believe it. Imagine taking care of a customer, that's traveling from 1200 miles away, for free. if I lived here this is a business I would patronize for life, thank you McGee.
