We dropped my SUV off to have the transmission checked due to the age and mileage of the vehicle. It was driving fine, no noises, changing gears correctly, etc. They recommended that we clean and flush everything just as preventative maintenance and we agreed. After the cleaning, the car now jerks into gear and my transmission light is on. Their excuse was that cleaning it can uncover issues that were there and is a common possibility. Yeah, ok. I was charged for a diagnostic assessment and the transmission cleaning so basically I paid them several hundred dollars to have my car run WORSE than before I brought it in. In addition, they never answer the phone, come and go in between business hours with no notice, and they kept my car for 5 days with no updates or information provided unless we called multiple times. Do not recommend at all.

I get no update that day, so I call the following afternoon, to check in and see where they're at and what it's looking like. I'm told that I'm still getting working on to get back there. So full day and a half and my car hasn't even been seen yet. Why have me make an appointment if I'm not going to be seen that day? Makes no sense.
