worst mechanic I have ever been too so disappointing. Just another typical lying mechanic. took my car in for coolant system issues over the summer, they "checked" my coolant system and said absolutely everything was fine, that i was being overly aware of what was going on and my car was fine. next day check engine light for a bad coolant sensor. now in this winter my car wont get up to temp driving from burgettstown to DT washington.....THEY PUT THE WRONG COLOR COOLANT IN MY CAR! Never go to these people. they filter the google reviews. they arent an honest company at all. read more

Took my car in for service, and came out with all kinds of problems. They put the wrong axle in it, now the rear end is grinding. They broke my driver side mirror housing and tried to hide it from me. They didn't bleed the brakes right after they put a new caliper on it. They took it four wheeling and scratched my paint all up. They tore a hole in my leather seat. They had it for over 3 weeks and was chasing parts in it all the way down in West Virginia! They used up 5/8 of a tank of fuel of mine. So the brake light and abs light is on now and it's still not fixed right. Talked to my lawyer and I have to take it to jeep, have it repaired and she bmit a bill to wally's. What a pain this all turned out to be! read more

Rude and ignorant. Owner Brandon feels he's to good and important to even be nice. Worst customer service in the entire community. Had to call his competitor for roadside assistance when my car is sitting in his parking lot I offered to pay for help but he couldn't be bothered I guess he is far to important . Took my vehicle in for service and they ended up breaking my driver side mirror housing and tries to hide it. They put the wrong axle in it with the wrong tone ring for the abs to work. RIP OFF ARTIST!! They charged $400.00 to tow the car from the Burgettstown exit to their garage less than 5 miles away. It happened in the middle of the night before Thanksgiving. They stated they had to go out at that time. No, you could have turned down the call but $200.00 per hour for straight labor was to tempting. Once they had the car, my wife called and asked the lady that answered the phone about the car being their. She confirmed it was but no mention of the $55.00 storage fee per day. Son went and cleaned belongings out of the car a week later, once again no mention of the storage fee of $1,650.00 a month for a car to sit out in the middle of a mud puddle. When I called and spoke to Matt to see if the cost can be negotiated, he said he would put the owner on the phone since I could not comprehend? I comprehend just fine and did not need the back handed cut down by this individual. Worse than that, the owner defended him. I thought there was some sort of law to post fees that you charge. When I went in to pay cash and turn over title to get them out of my life, I looked to find no posting at all of their storage fees? STAY AWAY FROM WALLY WORLD TO WHERE THEY LIKE TO GREASE UP MORE THAN JUST YOUR AUTO!! read more

We've been using Wally's for 20 years. This place used to be good. They've been not so good lately. And our latest experience here seems to suggest that they've hit rock bottom. We sent in a truck that needed new brakes and had an oil leak, but was running great. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get my truck back. Every day they said, "maybe tomorrow". Then something new would come up. We got back a truck that isn't running. My husband limped the truck back to the house, and when he called to see if maybe he'd gotten a bad part, he could hear Brandon in the background saying that he didn't want to talk to him. The only positive is that Lexi in the office is very nice. read more
