There are thousands of cars parked here and no visible numbers in the parking stalls so you have no clue where you parked. There are no aisle markers and poor lighting. Never again. read more

Customer service is poor. Shuttles are not timely or consistent. Shuttles are dirty. Parking lot is in poor condition.

Be careful of theft! Do not leave anything of value in your vehicle!! I left some items in my center console and they were gone when I picked up the vehicle. This car was parked with Valet and cleaned while in their hands. All the General Manager was able to say is that their contract states they are not responsible for items left in vehicle... they protect their employees when they steal from your car. I've parked at WallyPark several times now and it is my go to airport parking when I fly out of DEN. The shuttle is very convenient to get me to and from the airport terminal and generally I can get from the parking lot to the airport in 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely plan ahead to give yourself enough time to get to the airport and through security. There have been multiple interactions with the employees of WallyPark, but the most memorable have been with Fred D the gate attendant. He is always ready to help and patient with me as I try to navigate the parking lot and gates. Thank you Fred! :) read more

They used to have great service. However we have seen it slipping over the last year. This trip it was obvious they need an overhaul of their service. This trip the website crashed repeatedly when I tried to reserve parking. When I called about the issue in an effort to reserve by phone they put me through to someone's voice-mail twice (and that person never returned the message). The second time I even said I was calling because after 3 hours in the middle of a business day I had yet to get a returned call and needed to make my reservation. That wasn't even the worst part. We returned late at night at the end of Thanksgiving week- an obviously busy travel time. The first pickup bus for our terminal filled up shortly 10 minutes before 11 pm and several of us could not board it. At 11:05 no other business had shown up so we called for another. By 11:15 a crowd was waiting and they were no longer answering any one's calls. Finally we got through at 11:25 and they claimed 2 buses were on their way, which we clearly stated both would be needed for the number of people waiting by then At 11:35 a bus showed up - after we stood waiting for 45 minutes in the cold!!! 10 minutes later as the bus was reaching our car the dispatcher was still calling for the second bus to show at the terminal. So many families were waiting just as long. Plus they closed the pay booths so we had to get out again and wait in line to pay. Disappointed that what was once a great service with friendly greetings and bottled water as you left the airport has become completely devoid of customer service. read more

If I could pick 0 stars, I would. Terrible! I've been going there for over 10yrs and the service and attitude sucks. Takes FOREVER to get picked up at the airport. Awful. After I didn't tip a driver (because he was an ass) he complained and my next two trips there, one all four tires were deflated and then they lost my keys in Valet. Quick and easy service. We decided to try Wally park on a whim. We had a Groupon for almost half price and chose the valet option. I pulled right in with my wife and our two kids (3yo and 2 month old) we were quickly assisted with unloading our piles of baggage, strollers, car seats and all. The shuttle took us right to the bag drop area. No riding the route stoppjng at every airline or waiting a long time for other guests. Upon our return, we texted our arrival and valet number, a driver was to us in just a few minutes, took us back to our car that they had started and ran the AC since it was above 90 degrees that day. The drop off to the airport was good. I did not get picked up at my car, but did walk to the shuttle in front of the building. I didn't have to wait once I boarded shuttle for them to take me to airport drop off. The pick up was another story. I texted and called the dispatcher, who said it would be 7-10 min, and it was still over 35 min before a shuttle showed up. There were multiple shuttles from several other parking companies that drove by in the time I waited. I will be using another service for my next trip. read more

Don't do it! Don't use these guys. They regularly have poorly maintained vehicles, and clearly not enough. Regularly watch every other shuttle pick up 4 times for every Wally vehicle. Rates are high, service sucks. read more

I agree with several of the other posts. Have been going here for years but things have really, really deteriorated. I booked and pre-paid on-line and then was charged again when I left. I waited for busses for way too long on both ends of the trip. In fact, both times I had to call the office to ask for someone to come get me. One of my bus drivers was very rude. I arrived back on a Saturday night and they had no person to man the exit booth and so I had to go inside (where 3 people were just sitting around). I just had to laugh because it seemed almost impossible that every single step would go wrong. It also seems like in this computer age they could figure out a way that if you pre-paid you could just scan something on the way in and out to make things really easy, but they don't seem like they are making any effort to get better. I thought I was all done, but when I called in to talk about my double-charge I was put on hold and then told to leave a message for someone who has not called back. read more

I had to make last minute travel plans the week before christmas after my father passed away. I regret using WallyPark. I had to wait 20 - 60 minutes for both pickup and drop-off. I never received a ticket with my parking spot location and the drop-off driver was extremely rude yelling at me to tell him where my car was parked after I explained my situation. I got out of the bus and began walking to my car's location and he followed me while driving the bus. He eventually pulled up next to me and agreed to let me give him directions to my car's location. read more

WallyPark is the way to go when you need to park your car near the airport. I used their service when I went on a trip to Mexico for a week. It's really easy to find and the cost is exceptional. They have a shuttle that brings you to and from the airport , and I found it very convenient that I was provided with a number to text when I arrived back in the states which lets a shuttle know you are ready to be brought back to your car. They literally bring you right to your car which is nice when their was 6in of snow on the ground. The customer service was great, the shuttle driver helped me with my luggage. 5 stars was a no brainer. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. We made our reservation online to include a car detail and five days parking. When we dropped the car off, they claimed to have no record of the reservation. We called on Saturday to confirm, and they said it was in the system. Five days my wife attempted to pick up the car (with four tired kids in tow) and they said it would be 15m and that it wouldn't be detailed because they didn't have time. When the car finally arrived over a half hour later, it was damaged and missing a piece from the trunk. The general manager Mark Pfeifer told my wife that it wasn't his fault because the car wash was run by a third party. We did not know about the third party or consent to a third party having our car, as we booked the reservation online at Wally Park. He deflected all blame but ultimately said he would refund our money and make things right. I attempted to call him three times and sent one email. He finally responded with the following: "I have sent your information to our car wash folks to follow up with you on the damage". He also did not refund our money, so I disputed the charges with my credit card. Mistakes happen, but the customer service piece is outrageous. I would not trust Wally Park Denver, and will certainly never park here again. I would urge you to skip it as well. read more

My car has been having a very slow leak in the front left tire. By the time I got to my car it was mostly all out of air. So I went and got one of the drivers so friendly so polite and they got me a full tire by one of those little emergency devices that filled up my tire is able to drive home and not have to worry about changing a tire or getting a spare tire which would've been a hot mess. So I'm very grateful that they were there willing to help and it was so wonderful great experience with Wally park! read more

As a frequent business traveler I used to use WallyPark at least twice a month. A year ago, I stopped parking here after waiting 15 minutes for a shuttle to return me to my car. Abebe R., our shuttle driver, was extremely kind and helpful, as he not only went out of his way to help us find parking in the dimly lit parking lot, but ensured our safety by circling back around to pick us up while loading our luggage. You'd think with minimal upkeep and prices as high as are charged that a few things could be esily maintained... you'd think. When we were picked up 2 weeks ago, the driver wrote down the wrong parking place number so when we were dropped off last night, we ended up 2 entire rows from our car, and in the dark. No lights were working and the driver simply shrugged his shoulders. How about painting the spot numbers and changing a few light bulbs? Very disappointing read more

I used WallyPark for a trip from Oct 14 to Oct 20. Apparently, they are short-staffed. We had to wait 15 minutes for a shuttle to the airport (along with several other parties who waited longer than we did). On returning, we had to wait 12 minutes to be picked up at the terminal while other shuttles drove by us. At $17 a day, the service needs to be much better than that. read more

I have been a customer for about 4 years and have been pleased overall. There was a period of time - including an undercover local news sting operation - that I debated continuing to use the service. We have a corporate account and good prices, so that helped pull me through the rough patch. Since then, the service has really improved. I use the service 2-3 times a month and love the valet option. I never have to worry about finding a spot or being late as I hike in from the economy lot. Here's a perfect example - I arrived the other night after a snow storm. My car was running with the heater on, including seat heaters and all the snow brushed off. My one complaint and that of my coworkers - who do you tip? The shuttle driver or the person putting my luggage in the trunk. It's confusing, awkward and for the employees, less money in their pockets. read more

What's not to like? Valet parking for less than garage parking. More often than not, the shuttle buses are waiting for you. With my trusty Clear card, it's really hard to miss a flight. Returned from my quickie CA trip last night. The bus was waiting at the curb. Handed over my claim check & listened to the family arguing about their next vacation. "Mexico is Tooo Faaar. I don't wanna be on plane for 3 hours!" Arrived at the lot, the valet took my bags, placed them in the trunk & wished me a good evening.
