Yikes is really all I have to say. We requested a shuttle that was supposed to be there in 5 minutes and proceeded to wait for 35 minutes at 3 in the morning in the freezing cold. One person working shuttles which is ridiculous. You really should support your staff and customers better. read more

I've used WallyPark about a dozen times and I've been pleased with their service. Once you figure out the system it is easy - I'd say the one downside to this location (Denver) is that the signage is a bit off. The lot is a re-purposed rental car lot, and WallyPark has re-used a lot of the old signs and entrance/exit infrastructure. If you reserve in advance and print out the receipt the form is useless when you go in (the machine says to scan you reservation, but it doesn't work - you can hand it to the attendant after you get in). Signage and instructions for the valet vs. self-park could be better, and same goes for the check-out. Once you are in things are good. I usually use the valet service - it only costs a couple dollars more, and you pretty much pull your car up and jump on the shuttle. When you return your car is running (with the A/C or heater on - it is nice to get into a cool/warm car, depending on the time of year) and there is a bottle of water in the car for you. If you reserve in advance and have your card on file they have your receipt on the dash and you are ready to go. I always try to remember to bring small bills, too, as there are a number of helpful people you meet along the way. There is someone who loads your luggage to/from the shuttle on your departure and arrival, as well as the shuttle drivers. Sometimes it feels like travel is a series of opportunities to feel like you need to tip people, but these guys do work hard and take pride in their work. read more

Parking lot is poorly maintained and a horribly set up maze. The driver took 20 minutes to arrive at DIA for pickup, was rude, and did not attempt to help passengers load their bags. Not even the women. He then drove recklessly through the parking lot. He slammed on his brakes when stopping to drop off and then proceeded to go 30 mph in the parking lot. Hitting cones in the lot was also a skill of his. Do not park here. 0/10. read more

My go to place for parking when leaving Denver. Valet service is top notch. It is nice to return to your car running and immediately available to you when you enter Wally Park When returning from the terminal. They have a good customer loyalty program that allows you to receive a free day of parking based on the number of times you visit. read more

unfortunately this is the second time in a row that I've received poor service. People are pleasant it's the actual service. Pulling in to the lot and self parking up front wherein the shuttle (s) drive past or sit causing a 10 minute wait both times. Then arriving use the texting automated system following instru on cars and end up calling because, 1- system doesn't recog any information unless responding to their response texts. 2- driver drove past our group with empty van. we have Wally Park to be excellent in the past but the most recent trips have been disappointing. The shuttle to the airport is fine, but the shuttle from the airport takes too long. Last night, we waited 30 minutes, from 6:49 to 7:19, to get picked up, despite texting twice and calling once. We watched other shuttles come and go, sometimes 3x, before the WP shuttle arrived. The driver was very nice, but when you're cold, hungry and tired, the 30 minute wait is unacceptable. read more

Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks for the DIA parking in either the Pikes Peak or Mt. Evans parking lots. This was a major inconvenience. The automated exit doesn't work and the service person took forever to get it open. I won't be using them again. read more

As with other reviews we have been a longtime loyal WallyPark client. the last several times we wait forever to get picked up. Other lots have shuttles that came two or three times before one Wally Bus. not what it used to be. while waiting we saw a guy who used a different lot. told us he stopped using Wally becaus of the horrible shuttles. He was picked up by a competitor in a few minutes. I hope they can get their act together. read more

I have used Wallypark for years and they used to be better. We have given this business lots of chances to try to improve but as we stood in the cold tonight for 30 minutes waiting for a shuttle as we watched many other shuttles pick folks up. Your drivers are nice. You just need more of them and this is a reoccurring problem. Can't take it anymore. read more

I've been coming to Wally Park for years, but it's gone downhill. There have been countless times where I've found myself stranded in the parking lot because no driver came to pick me up. This has happened twice to me now. I've had to call the front desk to send a driver. Not impressed with the service here. read more

They're very quick to pick you up both from your car to bring you to the airport and from the airport to bring to your car. My last experience was made even better by the shuttle driver, Lahcen. I like that Wally Park tells you exactly where to park- unlike the DIA lot where it is more of a seek and ye shall find in 20 minutes method. There is always a shuttle ready to take you to the airport and it really doesn't take long. You can even valet there which is even faster, especially upon return because they'll have your car ready. They've recently raised their prices though ($12.45 per day) which make them basically the same as parking at the airport, however, you can get a coupon online for one free day if you're parked for at least 3. read more

I was renting a car from Turo and returning it at the WallyPark location (which is super close to the airport). A driver named Lahcen came over to help direct us to park in the right area, and drove the shuttle alongside us so that we could directly board the shuttle and not have to walk back towards him with our luggage. He also took care of loading our luggage for us while we were doing a final sweep of our rental car. We really appreciated how kind and helpful Lahcen was -- thanks again! read more

We used Groupons to get half off valet parking. We really liked how quickly the WallyPark staff stepped in to handle our luggage for our valet departure and arrival. When we returned, our car was running and waiting for us with a new, cold bottle of water at the driver's seat. Nice pampering. The valet shuttle drove directly between WallyPark and the DEN airport terminal pick up. The shuttle driver dropped us off at the airport door we requested and, upon our return, their location for pick up was easy and convenient. read more

I go in & out of love with Wally Park, they are undeniably a good place to park. When they are understaffed ....waits can be unpredictably long & irritating after a week of travel. When they run as intended, they are great. When things work as planned, they help with bags, get my car warmed (by using the Valet service), they give me a bottle of water & the receipt is in the car when I get to it. All awesome! The staffing has improved if late...Nannette is far & away the most personable person on their staff these days. She remember & welcomes back regular travels...a bit of welcome familiarity in a world of travel strangers! read more

The parking lot is a little sketchy in terms of where you are to park. Also, did not see any markers to identify where your car is parked upon return. On the good side, our driver, Lahcen was delightful! What a nice man...he conversed with us all the to the terminal. read more

Exceptional customer service from start to finish! The app is awesome, i love the feature where you can see the shuttles and see when they'll be arriving. The shuttle service was quick and easy. Our driver was really friendly and helped me with my bags! We got to their lot and everything went smoothly. Something we all want after a long trip.
