Traditionally, you will relate this dish to a sub. For us, Guatemalans, this is a well known sub that brings great taste and memories for all Guatemalans living abroad. It comes with grilled meats, creamy guacamole, boiled cabbage, grill bread and a trinity of sauces. Paola and el Chino, were very welcoming and treated me and my son with love and respect.
