Blake willingly looked up additions that I wanted and installed them…read more I purchased a 2017 Precedent (used). He installed larger tires and 6 " lift kit, front clay rack, mag-jak grill, handle for passenger (elderly parent) to embark and a folding box rack for the rear when seat folded down as well as rear hold bar. Best of all was paying the extra money to have the 6 batteries removed (their price taken off my total cost) and replaced with a lithium battery. It is basically maintenance free and gives room under the seat for carrying smaller tools. I have owned this for 2 years now and only issue is the windshield cracked due to rough handling on my part. We live on acreage with sandy soil. I am able to use this to carry water to plants (30 gal barrel), put a 25 gal sprayer on the back for fence maintenance, haul limbs, carry large tools and haul feed out to livestock. I used old pvc pipe zip tied to railings to carry shovel, rakes, sprayer nozzle and wasp spray!! I have gotten stuck twice, once in DEEP sand and once in the muck. Pulled out by truck or tractor. The one drawback is that it does not have any pulling power, whether to pull a mower or to pull large limbs to burn pile. But it does all that I wanted, especially able to take my mom out and about. Because it is so quiet, my husband will use it instead of his Polaris to go hog hunting! Thanks Blake!

Have had the worst experience buying a UTV from Collective Motorsports. I paid cash April 15 2026…read more was told a week or 2 shipping received UTV June 1st total 47 days to arrive. Once it arrived everything looked fine . Driver told me title will be in the mail. I asked Collective if they were sending the title and they said yes should be there in a week. Title never arrived I reached out week after week asking about title kept getting told will be there soon never arrived still don't have today and it's October 15th .You are supposed to register the item to get your warranty but need the title to register it I have 90 days from purchase to register warranty it's now passed the 90 days so I have to explain my story to the warranty dept as soon as I receive title and hope they understand. Another few things as well . The UTV arrived with one odd-size tire on the back left I didn't notice it until I had to put air in it and realized the psi was different than the others . I reached out to Collective and they said yeah it was their screw up and put 1 rock crawling tire on by accident. I mentioned this months ago and was told the right tire was on the way with title still nothing. I also had to re-do the brake lines due to the lines being way to long rubbing the tires. I was always polite and understanding to all the excuses but it's been a 7 month process and they still have not made things right.

And let me tell you, we were not disappointed! I had already visited several other golf cart dealers and worked through pricing with them, but apparently, I saved the best for last. When we arrived, Charlie Liller greeted us, and from that moment on, it was clear why everyone raved about him. We looked at numerous carts and even took four for a test drive. Charlie answered every question we had on the spot, giving us a thorough rundown of the pros and cons of each model. He was knowledgeable, honest, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured--Charlie has the patience of Job! After carefully reviewing all the options, we finally settled on a Club Car with a lithium battery. The negotiation process was smooth and easy, and once we agreed on a price, we were in and out with just the swipe of a credit card. Now we're eagerly awaiting the delivery of our new cart this Wednesday! Charlie and Conroe Golf Cars absolutely live up to the hype, and now I understand why they're the talk of the town, even in communities like ours, an hour away. If you want the best experience, the best selection, and top-tier customer service, go see Charlie at Conroe Golf Cars. You won't be disappointed!
