Lowes is not as bad, but these old fashioned neighborhood hardware stores may not be the least expensive alternative , but the friendship relationship hands on practical advice and wonderful help create an always pleasant experience. The sales associate went back to October 2021 in their system and narrowed down all of the receipts to find our specific paint color. So thankful he went the extra mile to help us out. Last Saturday we also arrived late when they were already closing and they reopened just to let us purchase more paint. Their customer service goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend!
