They said they'll do a tire rotation and balance and then can zip tie the bumper, so at least it's not a hazard anymore. I waited about 35 minutes and the guy came and said it's all done. Though, on…read more10/31/25, Roscoe's Tires was closed due to a family emergency... 11/7/25, they were still closed due to a family emergency. At the present time on 11/12/25, I went and passed by Roscoe's, they were still closed. I can respect this is a family emergency occurring, I get that. This is the third week and the business of Roscoe's Tire has not been opened. When the Rick Melton and his son Marcus ran the business, they did an outstanding job for customers and the community. When the Melton family sold the business, I thought let's give the new owner a chance to continue Roscoe's legacy... I am very disappointed. They are the only place I go to and trust their jobs done... So far, they could lose money every business day when it's not open on their Monday-Friday schedule... I'm not giving up on my business with Roscoe's Tire...

I want to share with you my story. We were on the Highway 65. Our RV start to shake, then there was…read morea loud noise. We pulled to the side of the road to check and find out right tire was torn to shreds. Since we just brought the RV few weeks ago, we had no tools, jacks and not even an ordinary screwdriver. Around us there were the only farm, no person insight and no car on the road has stopped to help us. We called to a local tow company and they referred us to these super guys at Tire Zone! They responded immediately to our call. Miguel said that he would come out to help us change the tire on the road in 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes they came to the rescue! We were saved! Less than through 25 minutes we were on the way! The guys are working quickly and efficiently, at the highest level. Big thank you to Miguel and the guys!

Although we were about a 40 minute drive out, they came out very quickly and efficiently, informed us of their location, and found us without much trouble on our part. They replaced the tire quickly and even adjusted the pressure for the rest of our tires. We were back on the road within 15 minutes of their arrival! We are full-time RVrs and this is our home. We finally were able to determine that they did not have a full-time gas mechanic on staff who could work on it. But we had to find that out through our warranty company. It sat there from mid May through July before we found out. If there had been open, honest communication, it would have gone a long way with us. We finally had to have it towed to another facility in another town.
