No customer service skills at all !! I spoke to someone on 6-5-2026 they said they were coming to pick up my vehicle have text messages to prove it 3 hours later nobody showed up I Called them they had no idea what I was talking about didn't take responsibility even though whoever could read the text messages!!! He said call them the next morning against my better judgment I called this morning they treated me so horribly. He asked me you were supposed to call me at nine. I explained to him why I didn't call him at 9am and apologize for calling an hour later he insults me and hangs up on me I really thought that small businesses were supposed to help other small businesses obviously, these guys don't know anything about customer service or how to speak to women correctly? read more

Great battery service and even checked alternator since battery was only nine months old. Battery needed to be replaced after they left. Quick service call and cordial drivers. Same company jumped my other car years ago and same great service. read more

DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE! They are money hungry and will charge you a ridiculous amount. From porterville college to their lot by teapot dome which is 2.2 miles. I paid $500 after ONLY an hour of my car being towed. The guy just kept smirking dumb guy. They charged $100 to open up a gate can you believe that +$80 to use a "special tool". read more

Finally I went home and half way there Greg's Hula Towing called sounding like he just woke up!!!he was NEVER " the way".!!! I called AAA around 8:30 am to tow my truck to an auto shop. Greg's Hula Towing arrived around 9:30 a.m. and had to tell them it was around in the back so the driver needed to pull into the alley. When Chad (I think was his name) got here he saw that my truck was parked in the backyard, not in the alley. He asked if I can move the truck into the alley and I said it won't start (which was why I needed the tow). He sighed and said he can't tow it. I asked if he can push it. He gave this "I can't, I give up" attitude and mumbled something on the phone with the dispatch. After he pushed it out, he still couldn't tow it because he had me steer it in a direction that caused it to park nearly perpendicular in the alley. He gave up and said to call them back when I get it out of the alley, then left. He kept sighing throughout this brief ordeal. He behaved as if he was an irritable 5 year old trapped in a man's body. It was unprofessional and pessimistic. Between my daughter and her boyfriend, we pushed it about 15 ft out into the alley within a few minutes after he left and I called back immediately for a new tow request. I also stated I didn't want him back because of his negative attitude. The next tow driver didn't arrive until around 2:00 p.m. I am glad I had people help push the truck. At least the dispatch were prompt in responding to my requests through AAA and calling with an update. I also had previous positive experiences in the past from them with other tow truck drivers, drivers that helped the situation even if it was just with a smile or positive attitude. read more

Terrible predatory tow company charged me 650 dollars for a tow when they impounded my car. Their tow truck driver tried to fight me said he was going to punch my teeth out then Dustin Rodgers tells me I can't pay credit card when state law says you can. Don't let them take advantage of you, I've already contacted my lawyer and will be planning to sue them. They are charging more than the sheriffs rate which is unlawful, unprofessional and downright dirty. Will be reporting them to the chamber of commerce and Better business bureau as well. This place is run by uneducated thieves. read more

He had stop aas was about tow the car but was called away to an accident He returned to tow the other other car after dark just as he promised. Helped went above and beyond just towing the car, also helped us ensure we were taking our car to a good location to switch our flat tire. He really helped us get out of a tough situation. Horrible place of business they charge outrageous fees to hold your vehicle. I pick up my truck and they slashed or shoot out my tire and refused to replace it..my truck was not brought in with a slash/hole in the sidewall of the tire but that's how they gave it back to me. read more

BEWARE DO NOTTT USE HULA TOWING unless you want a damaged vehicle in return! First off let me say go with Wallace towing they're so much better all around! They're quick to respond great affordable prices and great customer service! On the other hand hula towing is trash! One of their drivers came to tow a mans broken down vehicle in a parking lot where my car was also parked near by, and as the tow truck driver was loading the vehicle onto his truck the car rolls off the tow truck and hits my parked car not only did he hit my car once but he hit it twice the second time he tries loading it back on, and on-top of that he clearly knew he damaged my car and decided to leave anyways! Mind you all of this was on Surveillance cameras. So basically it was a Hit and run. When I called the owner of hula towing she down played everything and acted like it was nothing which I really didn't appreciate. They tried to convince me multiple times not to go through my insurance but because I didn't appreciate how she acted like the damage was nothing I went straight to my insurance. They even had the audacity to say the damages could have been there from before and were not from them! I would never recommend this towing company to anyone they're unprofessional terrible all around and way over priced! One of the worst customer experiences ever. The tow driver is an hour late, doesn't have a working floor jack, lost his impact driver, and then drives off with the spare tire on his truck which falls off down the drive. It can't get much worse - I would never use Greg's Hula Towing and would never recommend them. read more
