I came by the brewery on 8/24/2024 and when I approached the bar I showed the bartender that I had a BOGO offer via the Treasure Coast Ale Trail app and placed my order for a beer. I ordered another and afterwards went to cash out my tab. The bartender ran my credit for 2 beers at $7.50 each and I advised him of the error. He reran my credit card for one beer at $7.50 which I signed that receipt and left. I received a notification from my credit card company a charge came in for $15.00 and I disputed the item with them. I received a voice mail from the brewery on 9/10/2024 regarding the charge back, however I did not return the call as the normal protocol is for the merchant to work out the issue with his/her bank and the customers bank. I came into the brewery on 10/11/2024 with some friends for a beer and listen to the musical entertainment for the night and upon approaching the bar was told my an employee that I had been 86 (no longer welcomed/banned from the establishment) by the owner, Mike Malone. I asked him why? He just said the owner said so. Needless to say I was shocked, embarrassed and totally blindsided by this as this happened in front of my friends and other customers around me at the bar! I have been to this brewery many times over the years and only had 1 other credit card charge discrepancy in which it was resolved amicably. I thought this was a VERY extreme response from the owner and cannot believe all this over a $7.50 tab!! I have many other places to go where I can enjoy a beer/entertainment and not have to deal with this kind of issue. Just an FYI to ANYONE who pays a tab with a credit card, take a photo of the signed receipt and compare it when it hits your credit card account to insure you are charged what you signed for! read more

The summer heat in a beer hall without air-conditioning is a tough ask. With that said, I thought the beer was really good, and the prices were fair, but the service was sub par. Not what I was expecting, nor hoping for. I don't think I would go back. read more

This has been our favorite bar and place to refill growlers for the past two years. They were wonderful with helping us procure kegs for parties and celebrations. Every time we pass through town we stop in for a brew. As a fat Irish bastard, I love their Babycakes Oatmeal Stout. There seems to be a recipe nowadays for a proper brewery experience. Walking Tree has all the elements needed for a successful brewery: Warehouse Space: The warehouse is well-appointed with an impressive tap system and keg room. The wood tables and modern industrial decor echo the tone of most warehouse breweries. Everything looks brand new and well-taken care of, right down to the restrooms. The big open space provides a nice ambiance for guests, and I can see it being a great event space as well. Games: What's a brewery without some games to keep you (and the little ones) entertained? They offer giants Jenga, the tallest ring toss I've ever seen, and a bevy of board games. Kid-Friendly: Speaking of little ones, this is not your typical bar. Kids are welcome and there are lots of games and activities for them to enjoy. Beer: I tried the White Walking Tree IPA, which I really enjoyed. It was a light, crisp, and well-rounded IPA that even non-IPA drinkers might enjoy. My fiancé had the two sours - one was their standard sour, and the other was the regular sour plus tart cherries, Sassy Flamingo. He liked the sassy flamingo much better. He said the regular sour tasted skunky. Food: They have a different food truck there every day of the week (when open). The Sunday food truck was a BBQ vendor. We tried some of the best brisket tacos we've ever had, and were impressed with the prices. The bar itself has a small snack menu, which was overpriced and very limited. I don't think I wouldn't order a $7 bar snack from the fridge when I can get two heaping brisket tacos for the same price outside. Price: I had a bit of sticker shock coming from Orlando, where most breweries offer beers at an average $4-6. Everything here was $6-7, which is by no means breaking the bank, but coming from a bigger city, I'm not inclined to spend more than $6 for a beer, especially for a 12oz pour. The pricing definitely made me sip my beer a bit slower and deterred me from picking up another round. If you're just there to sample, I'd suggest a flight. Vibe: Overall we had a great time. Walking Tree is my new favorite in the area. The vibe is very chill and down-to-earth. I could come here for music on a Friday night, or relax on a Sunday with my family. If they could figure out a way to adjust the price structure, I could definitely see myself coming back and spending a lot more time there. read more

This was our first time in Vero beach and we decided to end out a beach day with a stop at a Brewery. The facility was huge with plenty of parking, the servers were all super friendly and answered any and all questions. Though We didn't get a chance to walk by the other side of the brewery since they were setting up tables for a retirement party. It's nice to know they have a private room for functions as well as the ability to use the space just outside the room. Though we didn't get to walk around inside as we'd planned We sid make it over to the board games section near the restrooms and chose a game to play. Impressions All the beers were tried were very tasty and I will definitely come back whenever I'm back in the area. They also seem to have an array of entertainment venues based on some of the flyers I saw on the wall. Also note they do not serve food here, so if you think your going to get hungry come prepared with snacks and or food. read more

Every year when I come home to visit, it's exciting to see new places. This place was the highlight of my trip home this holiday. We decided to stop by for a few beers while waiting for the Christmas Eve festivities began. This brewery is large and very well-decorated. There was a giant Christmas tree, which was lovely, and the permanent decor was very minimalist and pleasant. They have darts and giant Jenga to play. The bar is large and there is plenty of seating. It appears that there was a private room you could rent and the brewery has live music and other events, such as yoga. The main attraction though is the beer. It is just plain good - no ifs and or buts about it. We did a flight and loved every beer. My two favorites were the saisons which are my wheelhouse, but I tried the stout, a pale ale, and a lager and all had great flavor and were refreshing. They did have some snacks that we had - chips and boars head lunchable-type things. No full menu though. Overall, the beer and people here were very cool and are definitely worth the trip read more

I visited the Walking Tree Brewery back in March. And it was an amazing experience! While there I was fortunate enough to meet the owners and was given a very detailed walk through of their craft beers. They offer everything from nitro brews to kombucha! Their craft beers range from 3.2% ABV to 11.6% , something for everyone! During my time there I tried a sampler flight of six beers. My two favorites by far were the Sassy Flamingo and the Le Frog. The Le Frog is a very well blended Saison (farm house ale) with a alcohol level at 8.5% and you can drink both it and the sassy flamingo all day long! If you find yourself in Vero Beach Florida looking for a great beer and even better experience. Then definitely go check out the Walking Tree Brewery. Travelled all across the country and have visited countless breweries. This is by far the absolute best brewery I've been to. The beers they brew are always amazing (even styles I don't typically prefer) and they always have plenty to chose from. "Le Frog" is by far my favorite and their entire IPA series. However they do need to bring back that Hefeweizen! It's also worth noting that their involvement with the community is amazing and really makes this a special one of a kind destination brewery. If you love beer, you'd be foolish not to give this place a try. read more

This is hands-down the coolest brewery I have ever been too (granted, I haven't been to many). My boyfriend and I went on a Saturday night and it was great! We played some of the games that they had (checkers and Battleship) before moving on to corn hole and darts. There was also a live band doing 80s throwbacks, so you were never bored. There was great artwork on the walls as well, you could see al of the brewery equipment, and there was a fish tank. The bartenders were very nice and helpful when I chose my flight. It was a little hot, but it was a summer night in Florida and I didn't sweat too much because of the fans and stuff. This would be a great place for a first date or a wedding reception!! read more

Great place to grab drinks with friends and family. In-house micro brews tasted great and were reasonably priced. Food is provided via a food truck. The truck that was there on the day I went offered appetizer sized dishes that were a little pricy $15-$23. There is room for kids to stretch their legs so they are not restricted to sitting at a table, at least that is what it was like in the early evening. It is located next to the airport and it looks like it may have been an airplane hanger before becoming a brewery which makes for great ambiance. read more

Very impressive experience - super glad we went. We had tried to check out the brewery on a previous trip to Florida in November, but as we pulled up we learned they were closed for a private event, I think a rehearsal dinner. Disappointment reigned supreme as to our bad luck last time, as it was our last night, but we made it a point to return this time and I'm so glad. The physical space is impressive and well organized. Kid-friendly with lots to see, lots to do and lots of space - even when crowded it feels very spacious. An impressive, visibly intimidating selection of brews, and the bartenders were knowledgable, fast and super friendly. They had a small selection of snack foods, no food truck on the evening and a few take-out menus. Everyone enjoyed their beers, my girl loved her wine, and I thought the flight was great. My husband and I read about this new brewery in advance of our July 4th weekend getaway to the area. We popped in on a late Saturday afternoon, and were pleasantly surprised by the feel of it all. Being from the Northwest, we appreciate locally crafted, good brews (well, at least *I* do!). My husband is a hard cider guy, and sadly they don't brew any hard cider. The place is huge! I'm happily struck when I can see the brewing process (sort of) from where I can sit and enjoy a cold one. And wow, did I need a cold one! Temps were in the 90s, and my pint of White Thang was a nice thirst quencher. Service at the bar was super friendly, and I can envision that when this place has been around for awhile, the locals will become regulars. My only wish was for air conditioning. We would have stayed MUCH longer if we could have only cooled down to a regulated comfortable temperature. They DO have ceiling fans sprinkled about, but the heat was just too much for us beyond 30 minutes and one beer. We'll definitely come back next time we're in the Vero area in hopes there is AC, and if not, we'll shoot for a visit in the winter! read more

Good brewery. Interesting selection of beers that hit most of the styles ppl would enjoy, from mainstream to more eclectic. Bring your own food or there's a food truck on some days. We brought in Station 49 and that was a good fit. My only question - for an open air place that doesn't serve food, why no dogs? To be honest, I didn't ask and maybe it is a landlord thing but that's one tiny miss in my book. But we like and will be back when in town next. read more

While the beer was okay - the people who work there are extremely rude and not nice. If you are a parent do not bring your kids. While they say kids are welcome they do not want you bringing any outside toys or do not want kids even 10 feet away from you. They clearly are worried if they say no kids they will lose business so instead they make people feel unwelcome with kids. So just don't go there. read more

Was here in early 2020 and was so excited to find a family-friendly brewery. There were a lot of parents and kids playing g games and having fun. Fast forward to today. My son was playing the ring game with his uncle and was chastised for being too loud because my son was giggling and having a good time. So he was silent And playing the game again with his dad and we're scolded a second time because it's a challenging game and sometimes the ring doesn't swing where you anticipate. Needless to say, we totally appreciate keeping an eye on kids when they're in a facility such as this, but I cannot imagine that a bunch of folks enjoying a raucous afternoon at the brewery would have been treated as disrespectful as we were. It's a good thing we're only visiting from PA. My family who lives here agreed they wouldn't be patronizing this establishment again. Guess our 7 person tab wasn't worth their while. read more

We were there this Saturday for the grand opening party. They really need AC- it was about 100 outside and 120 inside. Several times people were just too hot and impatient- bad brewery behavior. The building is awesome, it's an incredible find. The opening was a lot of fun- there were a TON of people. Food trucks were also great. The beer however is just OK. The first few we had were not good. The grapefruit one was ok- but it was a subtle taste. The stout had no body at all- you'd be more likely to call it a brown ale. The environment was great- beer is better at Orchid. read more

My family loves going to local breweries, but I'm more of a wine drinker. I was glad to see a few wine selections and I asked to sample the Cabernet... the wine was worth purchasing, but they keep it super cold in a refrigerator. I prefer room temp red wine and asked if they had a room temp bottle I could order a glass from.... the answer was a hard no. I let the bartender know that I don't care for super cold red and would not be ordering a drink if that was my only option.... he shrugged at me. That was it. I'll never go back and neither will my fam jam. read more
