Frankie and Ellie are now back with us and while they still have enormous amounts of energy, their ability to respond to commands, walk with a loose leash (zero pulling) and maintain their "place" is incredible! Selective use of the e-collars has even allowed us to redirect their attention in the midst of their loudest, most raucous roughhousing episodes. We can't recommend Andrew enough. I left my dog during the Xmas period and when I returned a friend told me that my dog had an accident there. 4 Paws never called me to tell that. I went to the place to pick the dog up and found several wounds around the eye that were left unattended for some time. It was clear that those wounds would require stitches to heal. I had to take the dog to the vet as emergency to do the stitches. As it was left unattended, the dog lost part of the skin. The vet told me that the situation was really bad, and he was happy that I insisted to have the dog attended during emergency hours. 4 paws never explained what happened and why they let the dog unattended.
