So if she will treat a stranger like this how do you think she will treat your fur babies that you consider family. Didn't ask if we needed help just plain being rude and unthoughtful. It was a Sunday morning and not even open and we wasn't there more than 10 minutes and left.

The scar on his arm probably should have had stitches even though she told me differently. If there was better communication on this I would rate it higher.
