I decided upon this place because my grandmother gets her dog Randy's flea and allergy meds. After reading the reviews I was a wee bit apprehensive but I'm pretty sure I saw where it said it was accessible. So I decided to schedule an appointment for her. I arrived for her appointment and There was enough parking in front to where it didn't really matter where I parked. I unloaded my pet carrier onto my rollator and proceeded to the door. I get almost to the door and realize that there is a decent sized step that made it slightly tricky to get in. After struggling with entry and the door I finally get in and went to check in. The front desk clerk was friendly in my opinion and I went to have a seat on the bench in the lobby. The wait wasn't too long but the vet tech brought me and Jiji into the first room. She helped me get the carrier up onto the table that was securely fastened to the (I really liked that). Then I proceeded with my rollator to the side of the table I'm supposed to be on. It was kinda tight and cramped but I managed. Vet tech does her thing after we coaxed Jiji out of the carrier (she buried herself under my Indian blanket) because it had really been her first time ever to the vet since she was kitten and we took her to the neuter scooter. Then the vet comes in and does her assessment and determined that with current situations going on at home and the traveling that she was probably just stressed which made her nervous and that probably what makes her vomit. The eye she tells me is fine and that it's just infected and that she'll have some scarring from the infection but it won't affect her vision. She prescribed me an antibiotic to give her and I asked if they could trim her nails down. After they took her to trim her nails and came back said that she was pretty chill and didn't put up a struggle. We let her get back in her carrier and she dug herself under the blanket again and the tech helped me out to the lobby to pay and then out to put her in the car. Overall I would say the experience wasn't bad at all. Just some slight accessibility issues.

Cost was $104 total for exam and multiple shots. They do accept credit cards for payments. No one tried to hard sell any upgrades, but they did make recommendations. The doctor was very professional and you could tell he has lots of experience working with animals. There was just a short wait in the exam room before the doctor came in, which gave the staff plenty of time to copy my pet's medical history. We put a muzzle on my dog before administering the shots, and my dog did not like the muzzle or the shots, lol. I helped hold my dog while the doctor administered the shots with the assistance of a staff member. The doctor was patient and took his time as I help hold my dog still for the shots. The lobby and exam room were clean and nice looking. Plenty of parking and easy access to get into the property, which is also wheelchair accessible. Overall the appointment took about 30 minutes and all went well. They give you a print out of all shots given for your records. I recommend this doctor and his office.

Then you just walk through the doors down the side and that's where they have all the new cages that allowed the dogs to go indoors and outdoors both depending on the weather. Plenty of good parking in the nice new parking lot. I think once per month they offer discounts from a local veterinarian on having your pets spayed or neutered. This is a great place to look and try to find a pet a forever home. They also have a walking path at the rear of the property that you can take the dog and walk through the woods and back. Several volunteers were there taking the animals on walks.

Maybe this is a new thing that vets are doing to make a few extra bucks, I never had this experience anywhere else. All of these visits were great.
