The shop is adorable and right in the center of town at the edge of the downtown area. So easy to locate. She even offered to trim the nails of my other puppy the next time I came in and gave me a discount on my first time there! He smelled great, looked beautiful, and was super happy to see me when I arrived. Terri chatted with me extensively about things as she rang me up and made me feel welcome and right at home. Ollie was clearly comfortable there as well as he was happy and glowing. I can't say nice enough things about the whole experience. I'm a customer as long as I own dogs and live in Indiana.

I did give her another chance. It was a Complete disaster. The owner refused to do anything I requested and I found her to be quite lackadaisical. Didn't cut or even bother to trim my Australian Shepherd, didn't cut her nails didn't grind the nails yet she told me she did. I think I made the mistake of pre-paying when I wouldn't have otherwise. Lesson learned never pre-pay! I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will not be returning!!

This place is an absolute joke. And was even told it was okay for her to lick incisions!! A simple google search will even tell you a cat is not to lick their incisions and to limit their activity. And if you don't trust that any real vet or vet tech would tell you that Wait it gets better! If you think having no knowledge on after care about a spay surgery is great and not a sign to go somewhere else, after then realizing the incision wasn't healing properly, and might be having a complication, proceeded to call them and after expressing concern it may have started opening up they proceeded to say they did not need to see her, didn't think it was necessary, just was told to dab it with a little dawn dish soap and then prescribed antibiotics and that was it. In an attempt to either ignore the situation and get people out of their hair or in my opinion, to wait and see if the incision opens fully so they then can then can charge out the a-- for fixing it. Tell me you don't care about animals without telling me directly. That's absolutely insane. Spays take awhile to heal, the first few days are critical. And to have something go wrong within the first 4 days after surgery, and a possible incision opening you then don't even want to see pictures?? You don't want to see the animal? If something happens to this cat it is 100% on this hospital. I'm doing everything in my efforts to find another vet and get this cat some proper care and attention. if you care about your animal and want someone showing them the same care and concern and love that you would, DONT TAKE THEM TO THIS OFFICE PRETENDING TO BE A VETERINARY CLINIC. Last time I checked if you were in the vet field you were supposed to care about animals
