LOVE LOVE LOVE how well they care for my furbaby! We had to leave him for an extended time & they took excellent care of him. We received regular updates with photos. He did not lose weight & came home happy. We've used the day service in the past & he always gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. Will definitely use again. With prior pets I had used another kennel and my animals were returned scrawny & with intestinal issues. Not so with Funny Farm! Usually we try to find someone to care for our furbaby in the home, but now that I know how well cared he was & seemed to love it at Funny Farm, we won't hesitate to return! read more

I use to use this business for boarding my dog. Until about the 3rd or 4th time, and I didn't get everything back, everything was dirty, I felt things just weren't the same. Well, I should say this was the year that they hired a bunch of high school kids to take care of the boarded animals. Bad move! You should know that at this age not only are they careless, but really don't care, as they only just want a paycheck. I still used them for my next boarding needs and I was so put off. I knew from the first time of getting him bac, even before they brought him out to greet me, something told me deep in my gut that something wasn't right. Well, I just wanted to get him home to see what was up. So I brought him home and his hair was so sticky and smelly that I had to give him 3 baths, still the smel wasn't gone so had to take him also to the groomer. Not 1 word was said to us to let us know what happened or anything! Spencer was acting so off as well. I suspect a bigger dog either peed or threw up on him and they just left it and didn't bathe him. The other thing is how did this happen? They are supposed to have their own caged in areas. I called them as soon as arriving home and didn't get any answers sand was told there was no one there I could talk to about it, according to the high school student that answered the phone. So, I was forced to take it to social media where I wrote what happened on their page. Didn't get satisfactory results still even after talking with the owner. Didn't offer some of our money back, or to help pay a portion of my grooming bill, nothi g! Nothing but to take a percentage off the next visit! Are you kidding me!!!??? We knew we were never going back and even told her so. Still no other offer. Well! Wouldn't you know it! Not 2-3 weeks later a young teenage girl was taking care of the boarded pets, thought she closed the gate to a pit bulls quarters. She didn't! Proves my point of teens being careless. The pit bull came out of its cage and attacked the other dog she just got out for outdoor time, ended up after says at the hospital in critical, intensive care dying! Yes, she did feel bad and even worked there for free until she paid for the bill! This was her idea NOT Funny Farms! So then about 1-2 months later, what did they do? They made her a supervisor! Unbelievable! I also heard that at 1 of their other locations a dog was injured there too! I agree that prior to hiring high school kids this place was the best and recommended them. I don't recommend anymore. You should know that you are taking a HUGE risking boarding your animals at any of these locations! read more

I LOVE Funny Farm Petcare and would NEVER take my dog anywhere else. You can tell that pets are the passion for BOTH the owners and their employees. They pay so much attention to detail and always provide my pet with the best care. Cocoa loves going to funny farm and she is a very nervous dog. She does not like strangers so this team made sure to give her extra special care. She wags her tail every time we arrive. I love getting pictures of her to see that she is doing okay. Walking into the business you wouldn't even know it was a kennel because it is so clean. Each dog gets their own Doggie Suite and cocoa sure loved hers! She also got spoiled by getting the "Signature Couchtime" that she doesn't get at home! This business treats cocoa like she is one of theirs!!! Way to go Funny Farm and ALL the funny farm employees, both older and HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS! Just because they may have SOME younger employees, that does not mean these individuals are any less capable of giving my pet and yours the love they deserve! I recommend you to everyone I know! read more
