The store needs some TLC conditionally, and a little bit more attention to cleanliness wouldn't hurt. Service was super friendly and welcoming, which was a redeeming quality for this location. Overall, solid 3.5, but the cashier really made our day. We wandered in for a soda and drink, and got what we were after, but if we needed more than that, we would probably go elsewhere due to price point. But again, this spot came in clutch when needed.

Staff was friendly - even during odd hours of the night - "You have no toiletries?" (Clearly she knew we were tourists.) We explained the whole missing bags thing to clear that up. They had everything we needed - clothes included - because who knows how long before our bags get delivered! Prices were reasonable - none of the tourists rates some places charge. What made it better is that it was only a couple of blocks away from our hotel. We returned a couple more times during the week for more basic stuff - mostly snacks, water and other rehydrating drinks. What I mostly appreciated is how conveniently located it is. In the situation we were in, we were grateful for it being where it is!

No employee (including the manager) will reverse it, give you the money or do anything other than say "I assure you it didn't charge, it'll fall off your account". Or being told to fight it with my bank. I assure you, we've been back home for 3 weeks, it very much didn't fall off, and I have now been wasting my time with chargebacks through my bank. If you've been to one Walgreens, you've kind of been to them all, but this one surprised me by keeping its Advil locked up in plastic cases while leaving its entire supply of Sudafed out. The case on my Advil was large and unwieldy, making it slightly more difficult to shoplift. Seems like a wash, though, with the added cost of locking up individual products. At least it was easy to grab the Advil without assistance and check out at the register, where an employee quickly unlocked my purchase. Anyway, that Advil came in handy once I engaged in my premeditated bouts of drunken revelry. I have no particular love for Walgreens, but I'm glad I came across this one when I did.

There were only three on display: a light, vey light and a medium tone. The barcode was flawed on package so I got another package SHARTIA could scan. She ended up putting the wrong tone package in my bag. I didn't notice until I got home. I am visiting from out of town so I'm unfamiliar with the area.. I walked back to exchange it...only for Sharita or Tionne to sell me the same one I returned!! It was dark out and I trusted the two women to handle this exchange efficiently. I did not check package until I got back and was going through the return bag. As a customer, it find this small mishap to be quite unacceptable because it's an easy transaction that requires very little: Receipt or ID CC for exchange or refunds. It's not a major issue but it is important to ME because it shows lack of care and attention to detail... now I have to walk there yet AGAIN in the morning for this issue to be corrected. I am here on q business related trip so my time is very limited. I wasn't planning on an multiple trips to the store for mistakes that could have been prevented or resolved quickly. The closest FedEx was a 15-minute drive away (and the nearby ones in conference centers or hotels would have cost double or triple), ... as someone in town for a conference, I didn't have a car and honestly didn't want to Uber or somewhere. I ordered a fairly large print job with wire binding online, assuming it wouldn't be an issue since their website indicated they could handle it and complete it within my timeframe. I was clearly wrong. The staff member completely botched the order, printing only about one-eighth of what I actually needed. She obviously didn't read the order before starting because it was pretty substantial. I was expecting a call before my trip to tell me it wasn't possible , but when I got the text saying the order was ready the next day, my gut told me something was wrong. I flew in a day early specifically to check on the order, and sure enough, it was messed up. The staff member I spoke with seemed completely disinterested in helping me and just said "Ma'am, I can't really do anything for you." The one thing she did suggest was leaving a note, but then commented that the woman who did the print job was "the store favorite and nothing will get done." I came back the following morning to check again. This time I spoke with the actual staff member who did the print job, and she seemed completely confused about what went wrong. What made the whole experience even worse was when I talked to the manager - instead of addressing his staff's mistake, he seemed to be blaming me for placing such a large print job there in the first place. This seems like something their corporate office could easily fix by updating their website. I've never been somewhere where customer service consisted of blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility for staff training. The only "redeeming" moment was when the frustrated manager told me to just take the incomplete prints for free, calling it "an expensive print job" - which would be true if his staff had been properly trained and actually printed more than one-eighth of my order.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
